As a "bucket list item" I have always wanted to fly a jet. Paul and All In Aviation made my dream come true. Paul is a consummate pro who took the time to really familiarize me with the Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet. He patiently explained how all the various systems worked and then talked me through the procedures we would doing during our flight. When it was time to fly I felt very comfortable. We flew over Boulder Dam, the Grand Canyon, and other landmarks before stopping in Sedona for lunch. It's a challenging airport but Paul made it easy. The flight back was great and I got to fly up in the flight levels (translation... where only jets fly) as we made our way back to Henderson. It was windy and landing was a challenge, but Paul talked me through a nice smooth touchdown. It was a great day I will never forget. As a side note, they also have a flight school there. Although I haven't taken a lesson with them, I have flown out of other flight schools over the years and this is definitely the nicest and most modern I have seen. The planes are clean and modern. You can just tell it's a professional and well run outfit. If you are going to learn somewhere, that's what you look for.

Excellent instructors, very clean aircraft, nice staff, and reasonable prices. All In Aviation is a great place to come to get qualified in the Cirrus, get your private/commercial ticket training, or just log some hours. Compared to other aviation outfits in the area, All In is #1 by far! I highly recommend using All In Aviation as your go-to place for all single engine aircraft needs.

UPDATE-- they now are open at Henderson Executive Airport(KHND). Easiest way to say this, just go All In. Its an amazing school, great instructors, fun atmosphere, an amazing flight line/fleet, and always clean. The majority of their planes are low hours(total time). On the rare occasion a plane has to go down for maintenance they will work with you so you dont have to cancel your lesson. Theyll find you a plane to replace one if the one you are scheduled for happens to need unforeseen maintenance. Planes are always in a hanger unless the plane is about to be flown. Their rates are very fair!! They always keep their navigation databases on the G1000 up to date. I promise it is worth your time to give them a try. Like me youll fall in love with them! I am proud to say i went All In!

SR22T with 4 blade prop, what an awesome machine.

'm All-In for All-In Aviation. I'm a Cirrus SR22T owner that was need of transition training to solo in my plane. That's right: I bought the plane before being checked out to solo in it. I contacted flight schools all over the southwest and All-In was my choice. They flew an instructor to Austin Texas to fly back to Vegas with me and I flew everyday until I made the grade. Their facility and commitment to my training has been unequaled in the Cirrus Universe. Not to mention proximity to Americas play ground (Las Vegas). I can't recommend them highly enough. My wife is always looking for reasons to return to Bellagio so my plan is to do annual flight reviews and IPC's at All-In. They have a great program, great customer service and know how to execute.

I had a wonderful experience at All in Aviation. I'm a newer pilot and I have always wanted to fly a jet. I've heard of All in Aviation through some friends and one of my instructors actually knew one of the instructors there. We setup an appointment to fly the vision jet and i got to meet Paul, Ken, and Carl. They were all very welcoming and are genuine aviation enthusiasts. I got to fly the SF50 and take three friends along for the ride. Paul is a great instructor and he knew the aircraft very well. He walked me through the whole flight and showed me a lot of the functionality of the SF50 which coming from a cirrus sr20 and sr22 perspective, was really rather familiar. I highly recommend all in Aviation to everyone looking for either flight training or just want to experience flying a jet. I had an absolute blast and I will be coming back for more!

For my birthday, I had the incredible surprise gift of going up in the SF50 Vision Jet at All In Aviation. We flew out to Las Vegas and met with Paul Sallach who spent a great deal of time showing us the aircraft and briefing myself and my 3 guests with all the latest info on how this new Jet works. We went up over the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon, it was an absolutely amazing experience! I've had some left seat time at the controls of a Gulfstream G3 and a G550 at FL450, but the Vision Jet is really the future of aviation! I've heard so many great things about it, and being an instrument rated SR20/22 pilot it really was just as easy to transition to as I've heard. There's really no way to put this experience into a review without saying "You have to check this place out, wow!" My recommendation is to call or email them and find a time you will be in Vegas next with friends or family and it will be an epic time. If you live in the Las Vegas area and are looking for a quality flight school, look no further than All In Aviation. I've trained with multiple flight schools over the past 10 years including 3 Cirrus Platinum Training Centers, but All In Aviation tops the chart for the best aircraft and instructors! 150% highly recommend Paul Sallach and All In Aviation. Thanks Paul for making my 29th birthday one for the books!!

Luis runs his business with honesty and integrity. It's very noticeable that he cares. I called Luis at the very beginning of February and asked if he would be able to facilitate me getting my private pilots in an accelerated manner. I am from out of town and only had a month of availability to work with. I had a bit of prior flying experience, though it had been years since I last flew. I was definitely rusty. I was also struggling to retain the information from the online ground school platforms so I requested ground instruction. Luis assessed where my skill level, and with my instructor Travis, we came up with a plan to work towards my goal. Travis was thorough, organized, patient, and knowledgeable. He was very dedicated to giving me as much ground and flight instruction that I could handle. And he worked with the ambitious time frame I set for us. The schedule was demanding and rigorous, and there is still so much to learn. But with the quality instruction from Travis and Nikki and Luis's dedication to my success. I can proudly say the I got my private pilots license in a month. With ground instruction, and full flight hours. I have so much gratitude for the flyright team and hope to come back for my next endorsements. Thank you!

Luis (the owner and A&P) and John are absolutely awesome--they manage the school with a perfect balance of structure and support, making it a welcoming and focused environment for any aspiring pilot. Luis has an incredible depth of aviation knowledge, and his teaching style is second to none. He knows how to break complex topics down in a way that makes them easy to understand, whether you're just starting out or advancing your training. He trains professional pilots, not hobbyists--and it shows. If you're not serious or passionate about becoming a pilot, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you are, you won't find better. I earned my ICFI here in just a few weeks, and they keep the process moving--DPE checkride dates are usually only 1-2 weeks out, which is unheard of at most other places. In short, top-tier instruction, honest people, and a school that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

I did some training with an instructor in my local area but couldn't quite get the training across…read morethe finish line, so I decided to take some time off work and do nothing but flight school. Jamie was super helpful and flexible in arranging several days where we did nothing but flight training, and I passed my checkride on the first try. He was great at injecting surprises into my training that made me a better pilot. My favorite was when the engine "failed" on takeoff - nobody else had ever done that to me in almost 80 hours of training - and I'm grateful for the knowledge that I can handle any crisis. If I had it to do over again, I'd start off with Fly Accelerated training - just take the time off work and do the training all at once. You'll get it done faster and can broaden your experience with other planes later with local instructors easier than if you are trying to balance your work schedule and flight training and raising kids or whatever else you have on your plate. In the long run you'll save money if you just do it all at once, and Jamie is top-notch.

The aircraft we used was very old and seemed to have mechanical issues. Asking certain questions is a big no as Jamie will assert his, "know it all", demeanor and act offended. I have flown with better, more professional and more patient instructors. Also, safety is a big must and showing up late with a hang over is NOT good for business.
