I was referred to Ephraim by Carter Powersports, where I purchased my adventure bike. I was hesitant to install lowering links but still needed a solution. The seat work they did was exactly what I was looking for. You can barely tell the difference in before-and-after photos, but the moment I sit on the bike, I feel far more confident keeping my 400-lb bike upright. read more

I called numerous upholstery shops throughout the valley and decided to go with Upholstery Works. Efraim was very friendly and gave me the best price point to upholster all the seats on my 2018 model S Tesla from black to white leather. Efraim was able to schedule me right away and only needed my car for two days. As you can see on the attached photos, they did an incredible job. Efrain observed that the driver side headrest material was not to his liking and decided to order a new pre-cut headrest from the factory. They were able to get the material right away and completed the job. I very much appreciated his honesty and attention to detail on my seats. Save yourself time and energy as well as money and go with Upholstery Works. They are the best in town. Thank you Upholstery Works for a job well done !!! read more

Wow! I can't say enough about these guys. Ephraim deserves every 5 star review on here. He, his son, and the rest of the team at Upholstery Works just do awesome work. I've got an older boat that's basically in pretty good shape, but the interior was an off-white color and extremely worn & weathered, and needed a complete re-do. When I went into their shop, I was amazed at the amount of time he spent with me to help me come up with a "custom look" that I had in my mind, and he helped me turn it into total reality. I think the pictures I've attached here to this review will speak for themselves. The name of my boat is the "Never Say Never", and he also was able to design custom logos and did all that embroidery as well. Totally custom job, and I just couldn't be any happier with the results. Thanks, Brian in Las Vegas read more

They did a terrific job at repairing my marine canvas boat cover. I told them where it needed to be repaired, they found additional places where the threads were deteriorating and fixed them too. Overall, very pleased. The 2 men I dealt with were both very pleasant and easy to talk to. read more

Called and asked if they could do a boat mooring cover for my 20 foot boat within 2 weeks as I had to move the boat. They said they were very busy but, yes they could do it, and I brought the cover down. They called before the deadline and had me bring the boat so they could install the snaps on the cover. They were waiting for me, helped park the boat, and had the cover done 4 days early! The cover looks great and fits perfectly! Very pleased with the customer service and quality of work and materials. Thank you and I recommend their services. read more

Pretty good and pretty fast! Jose did great work would advise to others. Little hard to find it..

We were looking for someplace to make a custom cargo liner for our Jeep. We do a lot of traveling and our dogs go with us everywhere. They ride in the cargo area of the Jeep. Previously we purchased a cargo liner from a pet store. Within a year it was totally wore out and useless. That and being made for any vehicle it really didn't fit right. So we came to Upholstery Works to have a custom fit cargo liner made. Ephraim and his crew did a great job creating the cargo liner our dogs will love. It completely fits the back of the Jeep covering all the carpet. They got the job done in less than a day and their prices are affordable compared to purchasing a one size fits all cargo liner. read more

The leather straps on my Wassily chair needed to be replaced. I called around and around and no one would take on the job, until I called Upholstery Works. Ephraim stepped up to the challenge and did an amazing job. The straps had to be perfect. Too tight and I wouldn't be able to put the chair back together. Too loose and it wouldn't work or look right. If you have one of these chairs and need to replace the straps, you can trust Ephraim will deliver quality work. But, you have to take the chair apart and bring him the pieces for him to duplicate, otherwise, you won't get the chair back together. There is very little room for error. Putting it back together is a mind bender, not to mention how the individual components fight you when you're trying to line up the holes. Marcel Breuer was a genius to design that chair. I will definitely take all my future work to Upholstery Works read more

Great shop. Takes a week to get an appointment because they have a lot of business. I needed a seat in my car repaired. They recommended a different shop to obtain the proper material and they scheduled my repair. They did a great job of replacing the torn panel and rebuilding the underlying foam. There is no evidence that the seat has been repaired. Good trade shop. Good communication. Good work. read more

Upholstery Works exhibited questionable honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship despite claiming "We do things the right way. We completely rebuild furniture when we upholster." My confidence and joy sank when my over 100-year-old wing chairs were delivered back with the original old 35-year-old chair pads with some junk filling. Plus the seam is unfinished at the front of one of the pads leaving a gap. They also did this to my couch. Did they really even upholster my furniture for thousands of dollars? Attempts to work through the Better Business Bureau were left unresponded to leaving me no choice but to publicly comment. Beware of this business. read more

Sad to say in 2024 I experienced severe racism through the owner of this upholstery company. I walked into his office, said hello, his response was a nod of his head, and I stood there for 10 minutes before he spoke with me. I informed him that my mechanic has sent me there because the job poorly done to the lining reupholstered in my car. It was an over 110 degrees That day and he asked me to stand and wait outside until he finishes his lunch. He came out with a very bad attitude and said he's not working on cars anymore and now he works for the hotels doing upholstery and he doesn't wanna deal with "black customers". I explain to him. I wasn't there for trouble. I just wanted to get the job done right. He refused to correct it and make it right, after 30 minutes of walking around the car back-and-forth he slammed my doors, gave me a evil look and a small and walked back into his shop and never came back out. I decided to call my mechanic who sent me there. He came by explained that I was a customer. He had just called and agreed to see. He murmur something to the effect that he did not want to deal with Black people and why did he send me to his shop? He explain the situation and he still refuse to do the repairs correctly. I do not recommend this company or owner to deal with the public or upholstery in industry in the future, as he is racist, very rude and not accommodating after taking on a job and doing it incorrectly. The headlining of my Mercedes is sagging and have Boch stitches all over it. I had to take my car to another upholstery shop. Who did a wonderful job. These are the type of businesses that give the Hispanic group a bad name. read more

I have a 2004 Dodge 2500 P/U and the storage/computer container which is between the two front seats. The top surface covering began to crack apart terribly. This was due to my resting my sweaty arm on it for the last 12 years. I had Upholstery Works take the old surface off and resurface it. I can't believe it. It looks exactly like when I first purchased the vehicle. Upholstery Works came up with the same material used at the Dodge factory. It just flat out looks brand new. My hat off to the young man who did the resurfacing job. Excellent workmanship. This business is not on a street but is tucked away in a business park. If your looking for it, it might take some effort but it will be well worth it. I'm just so pleased with this company. I recommend them 100%. Dennis read more

I want to start off saying the owner is very pleasant. Unfortunately though he is not the one that handles answering the phones and didn't get involved in my customer experience until it was too late. I dealt with Ryan over a three day period. There is no need to go into extreme detail but my experience with Ryan was so bad that I would never trust them to handle any of the work I needed done. If one of my employees treated one of my customers the way he did, I would have terminated him immediately. read more

We needed to replace our patio furniture cushions that were an irregular size and shape. We found 'Upholstery Works' on-line and took our cushions to him (Ephraim) to see what our options were. We were interested in a particular style/color of the fabric brand, 'Sunbrella', which is known for its durability and colorfastness. The owner, Ephraim, had an amazing selection of these, as well as other, fabrics and was extremely helpful in helping us find and choose our fabric. He ordered the fabric, texted us with pictures and suggested complementary colors for the welting, and also replaced all the cushion material. His price was extremely reasonable and his workmanship and attention to detail were absolutely superb! We couldn't be more pleased. We plan to return with other reupholstery work we need to have done and know the results will be just as pleasing! read more

Head guy won't even get back to you even after multiple calls for a basic quote. Ended up looking elsewhere.

Upholstery Works is a friendly and professional business that I would recommend to anyone that is looking for fast, friendly and efficient upholstery work. I desperately needed to fix my Jeep Wrangler soft top windows because the zippers had been ripped off in the wind and I had already paid so much money for new windows, so I needed the problem to finally be fixed efficiently. I had researched upholstery places in town and just the labor time people were charging seemed ridiculous. I called Upholstery Works and was greeted by a friendly voice, Ephraim, the owner, who walked me through what I should do. From that first phone call I felt so much better that my problem would be fixed and I wouldn't have to break the bank. Ephraim even helped me research and find zippers online and was extremely helpful! Once the zippers were purchased and I took my Jeep top in it only took Ephraim and his team a few hours to complete the job. I was so excited knowing I would not have to stress anymore about it. The work was done beautifully and the staff is so friendly. Thanks Upholstery Works for such a great experience!! read more

My husband and I purchased a sectional recliner couch 4-5 years ago, and the leather-like foot rest on one of the sections became worn and ragged. We were referred to Upholstery Works.
