I went to see Marc to repair four peeling trim panels in my 2017 Dodge Charger. He quoted me a price that was more than fair, and he was able to repair it that same day! I was very happy with the work he did, all the trim pieces looked good as new. I would go back to Marc for any interior work. read more

I can't say enough great things about this family business. They are so friendly, communicative, kind and were so helpful in resolving my convertible top issues on my older Mercedes, at a very reasonable cost. Rolando is such a great problem solver. They repaired my torn leather car seat and you can't tell it was ever fixed. Quality work and reasonable prices.

Highly recommended by a good friend who appreciates the best quality in consumer goods and services. Three weeks have gone by since I dropped off a pattern for two simple outdoor appliance covers. I asked to choose from material already in stock. However, I've made three trips over here only to be given apologies and excuses. First, he was honest to say he got busy with other work. He then promised next-day pick up. I've never gotten an answer or voicemail when calling. When I continue to show up weekly to be promised next-day pick up then am given apologies, he says the material had to be orderedI begin to visit Yelp. read more

Got an estimate for my classic car and he told me everything he would do for a price. Told me it would take 3 weeks to complete the work. 3 1/2 months later I had to finally give him an ultimatum that I was taking my car back if he didn't finish it. After the rush job I told him I would bring car back for completion of additional things that he agreed to do could be completed. He said he would call me after ordering material. This was August of 2020. He never called and doesn't return my calls. I would avoid this shop at all costs. Owner is irresponsible and is not a man of his word. There are more reputable shops out there. Robert read more

In mid-April 2021, my husband and I took a dining chair and barstool to Marc Custom Upholstery on Sunset Road in Henderson for repair. Within a couple of days, the items were ready for pickup. Jeremiah described how he repaired the barstool replacing wood supports and the dining chair repaired to our satisfaction. At the time of pickup, we asked about re-foaming 2 seat cushions on a portion of our sectional sofa. Providing pictures of the sofa section, Jeremiah showed the pictures to the workman (name unknown) who provided an 'estimate' of $120 plus $70 for pickup and delivery. The workman stated the sofa appeared to be of high quality and suggested we also re-stuff the back cushions. The 'estimate' was modified for an additional $80 bringing the total to $200 plus pickup and delivery and documented on our invoice. On May 6th, my husband phoned the establishment stating we wanted to move forward to have the cushions replaced and back re-stuffed and schedule a pickup. As instructed, we texted our address to 702-559-2918. The following day, May 7th we received a text message stating they can pick up next Friday or Saturday. Agreeing to the dates an appointment for pickup was scheduled for Saturday (May 15th) at 1 PM. When Saturday arrived, we called the office to confirm pick up. We were told they were in the midst of moving to a new location and would not be picking up our sofa. A new pickup date was scheduled for Monday, May 17th at 6 PM, and again requesting we text them our address and contact info. On the scheduled pickup date, Monday (May 17th) at 5:35 PM we received a text from someone (assuming it was the owner) questioning what needed to be done. After an exchange of several text messages describing our request to replace the 2 cushion seats and re-stuffing the backs and sending photo, the written 'estimate' we received in April at the shop was no longer valid. What was so terribly wrong is..... · The initial pickup date was cancelled without notification. If we had not phoned to verify, we would have been waiting unnecessarily. · The person sending the text messages on May 17th lacked professionalism. o He did not identify himself. o He did not have the courtesy to phone and speak to us directly. o He did not physically arrive at the scheduled time to even discuss revising the 'estimate'. o He refused to accept our business at the 11th hour. o Then blaming the initial 'estimate' on Jeremiah (whom he disclosed was fired). [We were there in person to hear the initial 'estimate' from the workman (not Jeremiah).] If he did not want the job, we wish he would have said so at the beginning so we would not have wasted our time. My husband and I have worked in the service industry most our lives and know this is not the way you treat customers. Hope you find our experience helpful in making your decision to use or not to use this company. Also, uncertain of the legitimacy of this business.
