Update responsive to Mr. Martin's recent review: As many…read morepeople do when you can't fall asleep at night, we play on the Internet. I noticed this recent review from someone named Mike Martin. I think if anyone is misrepresenting the facts, it is not David Mesnick. I attended physical therapy with David for almost 2 years. I was told when I made the first appointment that they don't take insurance; I was also told again face-to-face when I was checking out on day one, plus I have seen it on their website. However, for a flat fee of $50 per year, they will help you with the paperwork if you want to file a claim against your policy, but they do not take insurance and they expect payment immediately after their service is rendered. Everyone who goes to PT 360 knows that, except Mr. Martin. What I don't understand, and what makes absolutely no sense, is that when you complete your session, you stop by the front desk to pay. I assume Mr. Martin paid on his way out for each of his five sessions. At a minimum, I assume he knew after the very first session that 1) they don't take insurance and 2) they charge an annual fee of $50 to help you process the paperwork if you want to make a claim against your policy. So why did he, therefore, continue with four additional sessions??? I'm writing this review because I hate to see a good quality business like PT 360 slandered by someone's "misunderstanding," intentional or otherwise. I fail to see why Mr. Martin can't simply own up to the fact that perhaps he misunderstood instead of trying to interfere with a small local business by telling reviewers a bunch of BS and saying, don't go to this business - that's a terribly vicious way to handle what is obviously a misunderstanding on his part and/or a possible problem with insurance forms. David and the physical therapists at PT 360 are exceptional, professional, and ALWAYS gracious (never ever rude). They provide a much more hands-on approach to each patient versus the big orthopedic groups - that's why people continue to go to them even though they don't take insurance. I've used David and Sam, and my mother used Amanda. I can't say enough good things about all of them, as do all of the many unanimous 5 Star reviews on Google. Looking at Mr. Martin's other Yelp review, he enjoys critiquing the businesses he visits and even went so far as to accuse the other business of being "criminal." I'm not sure what his personal issues are, but I recommend that you go to PT 360 and see for yourself. You'll find David to be a soft-spoken gentleman, not the person depicted by Mr. Martin. I'm confident your experience will differ greatly from the one portrayed by Mr. Martin. Even my 90-year-old mother understood their payment policy, from day one and was extremely pleased with the promptness of their submission of insurance forms.....

Please read this entire review to understand why I'm giving this practice one star. Let me start on…read morea positive note and say that Sam Kridl is a wonderful physical therapist. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very effective. Now, on to the well-deserved negative portion of my review. My physician referred me to PT360, and when I called, I specifically asked, "Are you in-network with my insurance provider, Aetna?" And the staff member told me, "Yes". I went to my first session with Sam, and afterward was told, "It's our policy to charge customers $50 to file your insurance claims." I was caught a bit off guard and said, "Wait a minute, I have to pay you to file claims, for you to get paid?" I've never heard such a thing. At this point, I asked a second time, "Are you in-network with my insurance provider, Aetna?" and was once again told, "Yes!" I did five sessions, asking each time if the previous claim had been filed, and I was assured it was. Well, they weren't. And not only that, it turns out that PT360 does NOT accept insurance. I had met my out-of-pocket for the year, so instead of my sessions being fully covered, I owed 100% of the cost of those sessions. While their mishandling of the insurance was costly and certainly disappointing, that's not why I have written this critical review. I reached out and respectfully shared details about my experience and received the most unbelievably rude and disrespectful reply from PT360's owner, David Mesnick. He told me I had "...misheard or forgot" what their policy was. Furthermore, he said (and this is a direct quote), "We are unapologetic about how we run our business." There are so many great physical therapists in Atlanta. Why would any customer do business with a company that misleads customers and then has the nerve to treat them this way? If you do choose PT360, just know this is concierge therapy, and contrary to what they may tell you, they DO NOT accept your insurance, and you will pay 100% out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you want further proof of this owner's unprofessionalism, just read his reply, "This man is on Yelp with bald-faced lies and clearly doesn't value the good care he received." As I said in my review, I truly value Sam's care; it's the deceptive business practices I take exception to. Thanks for proving my point, David.

This review is not against pinnacle it is only against Dr. William Dean Terrell and Jeremy Milton…read morePA. In early October 2021 my mom fell. A couple of days after her fall she was in excruciating pain and was unable to walk or to take care of herself. She made an appointment with her doctor at pinnacle orthopedics to follow up with him after the fall and to try to get some relief from the pain. An MRI was performed, and it was determined that she had a fracture, and was told it would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to heal but it had to heal on its own. A couple of days passed, and the pain was getting worse to the pointshe could not sit up or again take care of herself. I, her daughter called, emailed, notified, and discussed with her doctor at pinnacle and his assistant about possibly getting her into a rehab facility. agreed to go to rehab but unfortunately her insurance required her to be admitted into the hospital for three days unless a physician recommended her admittance which would forfeit her three day waiting period.   I reached out to her primary care doctor and he, therefore recommended her admittance. I wasable to get her into the rehab facility quicker than expected.  Afterthe admittance to the hospital during the admission to a rehab facility I was made aware by her doctor and assistant of a surgical procedure called a sacrolplasty that injected a concrete substance into her spinal area to relieve the pain. I discussed it with my mom,and she was on board with going that route. Once my mom was admitted into the hospital a CT scan was performed and at that time discovered my mom had 3 fractures not 1. My mom's doctor reached out to a Spine surgeon and he agreed that my mom was a good candidate for the procedure. Once she was admitted into the hospital we went ahead and had the procedure scheduled for the next day which would have prevented her having to go into rehab.  The hospital prepared my mom for this procedure that is when Jeremy Melton came in and spoke to my mom and informed her that she would not have the surgery because of "malnutrition". This could not have been further from the truth and was not the case simply because my mom had three fractures which is why the procedure was scheduled.  Dr. Terrell decided on his own without looking at my mom's chart, without talking to my mom, without conversing with her family or doctor that she's been with for 10 years, took it upon himself to cancel the procedure. He sent Jeremy Melton to inform my mom that she was not going to have the procedure. Dr. Terrell, who cancelled the procedure didn't make any effort to reach out to anyone regarding the reasoning for the cancellation. Jeremy was extremely harsh with my mom after the questioned the reason why the procedure had been cancelled.  He then stated that he was going to order physical therapy. My question is how can a person who cannot sit up, walk, get out of the bed, or go to the restroom on their own going to do physical therapy? My mom called me in hysterics and informed me that she was not having the procedure, so we proceeded with getting her into the rehab facility. I called Pinnacle and left a message to speak to Dr. Terrell and Jeremy Melton regarding what was going on. Jeremy Milton called me back and told me that my mom was not going to have the procedure because of "malnutrition". I questionedhim what that means, and he could not give me an answer. I told him that my mom had fallen and that she had three fractures and he stated, "oh she fell"? I then said to Jeremy Melton how can you or Dr. Terrell make a determination regarding someone's treatment when you have not even looked at their chart or even spoke to them. The conversation got very heated because at that point I was informed by Jeremy Melton that Dr. Terrell nor Jeremy Melton had even read my mother's chart.  Dr. Terrell had never met nor talked to my mom, and Jeremy Melton spent exactly 3 minutes with my mom just to inform her she was not going to have the procedure. At this time, we have admitted my mom into rehab, and I proceeded to work on getting her this procedure. After a week in rehab, I was able to get an appointment with the radiologist who did an examination and decided she was a great candidate for the procedure and wanted to know why we waited so long, I informed him of the neglect by Dr. Terrell and Jeremy Melton. After that I had a conversation with Jeremy Melton, and I informed him that her radiologist had examined her then he decided that Dr. Terrell and Jeremy Melton we're going to wash their hands of the whole situation because of their neglect, and they were called out on their neglect. So, moving forward my mom was admitted into Cobb general hospital where she had the procedure, the moment she woke up from the procedure she was immediately out of pain theunfortunate part was she had endure unnecessary excoriating pain for two weeks.  Because of the delay with the proc

I do not respect this doctor. His bed side manor is non existent. Anyone can do better.
