He was extremely friendly and patient and was careful in listening to my concerns. I ended up needing an EMG ( a nerve signaling test), which I have needed several times in the past. Unlike my previous experiences, this was pain-free and quick. I ended up needing further testing to diagnose my problems but Dr. Alessi was persistent in getting to the bottom of my condition. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a neurologist... or a painless EMG!

If you are going to have any surgery related to your neck you go to the best, Dr. Patrick Doherty…read more I have had surgeries my entire life and never have I had the confidence and trust that I have in him. I thought I was on deaths door five years ago (2019). I was passing out at work because of the pain and pressure on my spinal column. I was fortunate enough to get an emergency surgery with Dr. Doherty. He showed me a picture of the bone growth he removed from my neck that was the size of a quarter. He then performed a fusion on my C6-C7. I walked out of the hospital the next morning with no neck brace, no physical therapy, and no pain or narcotic medicine needed. If I did not have sleep apnea, he was going to send me home the same day as the surgery. Five years later, 2024, I had my C5-C6 fused. This surgery was more difficult because of the scar tissue which has made my recovery longer. Dr. Doherty is the best there is and I would never go to another surgeon for neck issues. His communication with his patients is amazing and it is in a timely manner. I have to clarify; it was Dr. Doherty got back to me not anyone else. I have never had that commitment and dedication from a doctor, especially a surgeon of his caliber.

I have dizziness and can't function normally He did not even tested me on the visit, just briefly looked at the eyes and said follow the pen Said the the tests will be performed by the stuff in the office but not him!!!! And as per the office stuff the test can't be scheduled before 2 weeks from the office visit as insurance not going to cover it!!! What a Joke ! Called the insurance and they told me it is not true!! Stuff and doctor is very unprofessional! Turok said that his physical therapist can do vestibular therapy but apparently he was not trained to do it at all ( as he told me himself) Wanted me to do the ultrasound if the arteries but there person only comes one time a month Asked him to give me the RX to see another ultrasound office- refuses to do so I would stay away from this office Going to complain about this doctor:(

Probably the best Dr I have ever been to…read more I have been seeing Dr Moodie for the past 3 or 4 years for a neurological condition. She's thorough, smart and has a very pleasant bedside manner. Appointments are never rushed, and every time I walk in, she is on top of my previous appointments, symptoms, test results, etc. In other words; she does her homework, takes the time to know her patients and genuinely seems to care. I have been doing very well since under her treatment, and pretty much, all credit goes to her her for keeping me ambulatory these past few years. Initially, I was probably not the best patient. As likely true with most any drug(s)/treatment, sometimes they can come along with a certain amount of risk for some nasty, sometime serious side effects. Dr Moodie has always made me aware of this--and not once was I pressured, or rushed into making a decision on any particular treatment. She always gave me the facts, urged me to look into it, and I was the one who ultimately who made the decision. I'd highly recommend her, and hope she never relocates.

A woman with red hair made it a point to scold me like a child for not letting them know my insurance was cancelled. It was insanely inappropriate. I explained that it's very difficult to get time off work so she claimed a doctor might be able to squeeze me in if I keep calling. The problem is no one answers the phone and takes days to respond.

I arrived Friday about 25 minutes in advance to fill out paperwork & when finished, I was promptly brought into a cheerful, brightly lit examining/testing room. The RNP (who I THINK was Kathleen: I really, really wish I could recall her name!) was amazingly sweet and went over everything I should anticipate from both exams. Dr. L'Europa popped in briefly to quickly feel around my wrist before the RNP took over for the nerve conduction study. She was completely professional and caring while performing the procedure (which, I'll be honest, wasn't painful in the least. It felt like a TENS unit on super low) and had a great conversation with me to pass the time while doing so. Afterwards, the doctor came back in who then performed the oh-so-scary EMG. ....this test literally lasted all of two minutes and despite all the horror stories easily read online and by word of mouth, it was pain-free. The "worst" sensation were slight pricks where the needles were inserted however he was so fast and gentle it was over before I could sneeze. I 100% recommend Dr. L'Europa for those needing EMG/nerve testing. After having a brief conversation with him, as well as research online, I'm convinced that the individuals who were literally tortured during the testing, unfortunately were 'cared' for by inexperienced technicians or medical students instead of the actual doctor. It's also worth adding that their facilities are so pretty and welcoming! Much different than intimidating, white walled examination rooms.
