After an accident at home (window coming loose and falling shoulder/neck area damaging cranial…read morenerves at the brain stem, I developed an incredibly rare brain condition called glossopharyngeal neuralgia or also known as vago-glossopharyngeal neuralgia. Similar to trigeminal neuralgia, yet much rarer. After months of testing and different doctors, no one knew the cause I couldn't speak, eat, and many more symptoms including syncope. When we finally found out the most likely answer, I needed a neurosurgeon desperately and urgently. Unfortunately, it's so rare where I was even turned down by neurosurgery experts, since they don't have experience in.. until I was blessed enough then and saw Dr. Sincoff. After "torture" for months and pain I never knew existed, Dr. Sincoff operated on me and gave me my life back. His team were also incredible in every way imaginable and they all remain so. Bloodwork was never completed. PA prescribed a prescription that made be sick. I couldn't take it and needed advice. Again, tried calling the office several times, no one ver called back. Had an MRI done, no one ever contacted me with results. However, they did call me to remind me of my follow up appointment to review MRI results. Not fair to wait 3 weeks for MRI results. Someone should have called me with results instead of waiting for the appointment. Interesting they always take the time to make the phone call to remind you of your upcoming appointment, but can't return calls any other time.

Front desk woman had the audacity to actually summoned me up to the front desk by calling me "yo!" The first time I came I wasn't approved because they felt I was wearing perfumes and things so they sent me away. They gave me an appointment the next week in which I didn't shower or put anything on and I was still accused of wearing perfume and then I would give the doctor a migraine. Seriously if you're going to be in this business and you're that sensitive to it you should probably quit your profession and open up a nursery! Why the hell are you a Neurologist if you can't handle your OWN MIGRAINES??!? They asked me what a "TBI" was that I had listed in my application. Duh ANY neurologist knows that that is short for a TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY!!! And you are asking me? Who gave this guy a degree? I washed my hair the night before and they had a fit because it could set off the drs migraines. I get migraines and I'm sympathetic with them but this doctor pushes it to limits with smells. He has pictures of all his fishing trips but I guess the glare off the water and the smells from fishing don't set them off. He is very dismissive and don't take you seriously. I was told my problems are in my head and he wasn't wasting his time to do the test. Thank goodness I found a good doctor that is taking me serious and is actually helping. I should of really looked into this guys reviews prior to seeing him. He is rude, not empathetic at all, he talks down to you like your a moron, his office staff is ignorant and unprofessional. Unless you want to get sniffed up don't go there. I felt so violated by that. I listened to them with not wearing perfume, heavy smelling lotions etc...yet I had 2 of his staff sniffing my hair and body, because I took a shower the night before.
