After getting my X-Ray I was called by Advanced Medical to let me know that my physician was no longer with the practice and that they'd call me back about my X-Ray results. So that I could finally get the MRI scheduled. Here we are 9 days later and they called to re schedule my appointment and the woman on the phone didn't have any notes about me needing my X Ray reviewed. I have been in unbearable pain for the 15 days since I first visited this clown show of a practice. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE if you value your health. They're severely disorganized and have unqualified office staff that are not diligent enough to transfer data in order to ensure your needs are met!

Found this place which has 2 chiropractors, one from Palmer, one from Life. Are you serious? What are the odds? The reviews were not surprisingly good so obviously went. A caveat here. I have found a few from those colleges that had the worse bedside manners and cared more about money than patients so I was hoping this wouldn't be the case here. It's been rare, but it happened. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Seem to care and take their time, and rarely had to wait longer than 10 minutes, if even that. The place is clean and well laid out. But what about the doctors? In the past few weeks, I've seen both. That rarely works out, but in this case, it did. They are both awesome. My back is pretty messed up due to a car accident. They reviewed my MRI's, history, and recommended I go through therapy before ever getting adjusted as it would make things worse. WHAAAAAATTT????? This is a first! A Chiropractor that's actually more concerned about my health that pushing adjustments? Am I in the twilight zone? Seriously, how often have you been to a Chiropractor that seems to listen to you and just puts you on a table and adjusts you quickly to get you out the door? Happened to me many times. Not here. They actually care about getting you better. Love the Doctors, the staff, the location....they have a patient for life with me! I couldn't recommend them more. I've lived in Chicago, NY, LA, Miami, Paris, France, Colorado, Nashville, and they are better than any chiropractors I've been anywhere in any of these cities....and I've been to the best in each town!

There was a lady sitting waiting for her appointment with me and she was shocked as well to the point to ask if I was alright. It makes me think that maybe he saw something in my x-rays or Dr. Kyle is no longer there. Either way, to treat a patient like this is very unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr. Gallagher for many years now…read more He is very kind, extremely gentle, very knowledgeable and has several ways of treating neck and back pain. The office staff are always there to help and are always very nice and accommodating. When I first presented to Palm Harbor Chiropractic, I was having terrible neck and back pain after a car accident that happened years before. After a thorough consultation and then examination, I was sent to get an MRI. I was told that I had degenerative arthritis that looked to be bad enough to require surgery in my neck. Not being happy with that diagnosis, I chose to give manipulation a try first. I opted for the seated activator method that was immediately followed by iced TENS treatment and was given instructions on how to ice my neck myself at home. After several months of extensive treatment, I am very happy to say that for the past several years I have been maintaining a happy spine with once a month or as needed treatments. There is never any pressure to do more treatments than I feel necessary to maintain a healthy spine and I really appreciate that fact as I have been pressured by other doctors in the past.

Dr. Gallagher not only gave me physical support with spine issues, but he also gave me great advice regarding other medical questions as well. He was extremely smart and knowledgeable. Fast forward, I'm seeing Dr. Gallagher again due to some new complications due to new unfortunate accident. As usual, him and all of his staff have been amazing and so kind. Their office is immaculate and clean and so is their equipment. I know I get the best care here and am already feeling better. I think out of any other dr office, that Palm Harbor Chiropractor deserves a 5 star rating for sure and this is the best money spent because my health is so important and I'm on the road to recovery.
