Which confused me because I am a grown adult and after the call was over there was definitely no need for him to be on that. She was extremely rude throughout the entire call; would speak over me, and her tone made me feel very small and made my questions feel very stupid, while all I was trying to do was understand what her process is what her team does and how they drive outcomes. At the end of the two hour call, she went right into getting me to buy the service and when I asked her if I could have time to think about it, she recommended that I don't and that I sign up because most people who think about it, don't move forward. Obviously everyone's situation is different but she advised a protocol for me after not looking at any lab results and knowing very little history (only what I told her). It was shocking that she would advise on a protocol after not seeing any of my recent test or lab results, I could have been lying for all she knew ... So it seemed odd that she felt so confident in giving a solution that she stated may or may not work when not seeing any actual past health information or results. And when I asked how we would be able to measure results, she would repeatedly tell me "I can't guarantee any results. I can't tell you if it's gonna work you just have to try it. I can't advise you anything, I'm not your doctor". If you are taking medicine for an issue I would not recommend coming to her.

My mom had to be rushed to Delray medical due to a fall. She was in the trauma center for a few hrs…read morewhile a room became available. They changed her room 3 times. The nursing staff was great. The first day I kept calling my mom but she wasn't answering which worried me ( she was on a lot of pain meds) so I called the nurse ( Mo) and he answered. Went to check on my mom and asked why I wasn't answering. He assured me my mom was ok which made me feel better. All the day nurses that took care of my mom were great ( Erin, Jackie, Mo, Dana, Angie, Melissa) I slept there for the week and a half she was there. The night nurses were ok, only came in to take vitals, give medication and clean her ( I got the feeling that they weren't too thrilled when they had to clean her) which is understandable but my mom had a fractured tail bone so she was limited to what she could do but I'm still thankful for them. Only thing was that I wish the food was better. Every week was the same thing I kind of wish they would change it up a bit & also the case manager I wish she would communicate a little bit more and guide us but nope one can only hope
