I can't say enough great things about Dr. Galvin. She is warm, intuitive, caring and extremely…read moreresponsive. Almost a shock to have a Dr. respond the way she does when you come from the traditional Kaiser big pharma system. She is very thorough, asks the right questions and does her best to get to the root of the issues. Versed in energy work, eastern and western protocols and medicine practice. I'm so thankful to have her on my side and would highly recommend.

Her current practice serves men, women, and children in Sausalito, CA and telemedicine patients all over the United States and internationally. Most doctors who practice telemedicine utilize it for urgent care or psychology. However, Dr. Galvin's telemedicine practice is unique. She expertly treats patients with natural medicinal techniques. She uses the technology of online video and chat to diagnose and treat men, women, and children who need help with a variety of health concerns: Covid & Long Covid, Bio-identical Hormones, Aesthetics, Regenerative medicine, Peptides, stem cell procedures, alcohol and drug recovery, anxiety, depression, insomnia, hormone imbalances, infertility,  healthy pregnancies and just about anything else. First visit was fine. Getting all my info etc. Which lead to testing. I had to reach out to Dr…read more Weiss to review the results which could easily have been a phone call. I was told it was an in person appt. She ran very late for my appt without anyone telling me how much longer I should expect to wait. I think she was nearly an hour past my appt before I saw her. Went over results. Came up with a plan. She disappeared in her office for long stretches of time while you're in the exam room. I did everything we talked about and got another round of tests a 2 months later. I've now learner nothing much changes in 2 months and the second round of blood tests should have been a few more months later. Had the second round of test. I got all my results from Quest Diagonsits and needed things explained to me. I called and texted with the office multiple times to have a follow up appt. At first who ever was on the texts was quick to reply. They then disappeared and I never got a call back from my multiple messages left on the office line. I will not be going back. I shouldn't have to work so hard to have my primary doctor review tests results with me. Can not recommend Dr. Weiss.

Loved her after my first visit. 3-4 days later, she calls my Psychiatrist and my mother (no…read morerelease, just listed as emergency contact- I am an adult in my mid-20's) telling them I need to be admitted into hospital immediately, without seeing me, speaking to me, or examining me. The last person to receive a phone call was myself personally where she reiterates that I need to be admitted to the hospital immediately and that I need to be taken off of all my psychiatric medication immediately- for which she is not the prescribing doctor. After being hurried off the phone, I contact my mother and psychiatrist to try to figure out what on earth is going on. I speak to both of them, call her back, speak to her office staff and am assured she will return my call when done with her patient. She does not return my call. I go to my follow up today looking for an explanation for her actions- which she cannot provide. She offers a contradictory timeline of events and actions and says, "I deal with so many emergencies, it's hard to keep them straight." Her office staff rolled her eyes when my mother asked what the *** happened and gave the implication that this is a regular occurrence. She accused me of being an addict, having no judgment, and not knowing what I was talking about. Personally, I found her demeanor erratic, spacey, uninformed, and generally confused- perhaps like she was the one on too many drugs rather than me. Her actions led me to call into question not only her personal judgment but mostly her medical judgment. She promotes homeopathic remedies for psychiatric disorders which can only be managed by medication and offers medical advise outside her field of expertise. Additionally, as icing atop the cake, she was 45 mins late seeing me for my 1st appt and 25 for the second. Apparently this is her norm. For homeopathy, go see her. For real medicine, look elsewhere. I am seriously contemplating reporting her to the board.

Buyers Beware....please take a note....this was a very uncomfortable exchange to say the least. I…read morehope Dr. R and her staff take few notes. I was looking forward to finding out answers on hormonal imbalance and took Dr. Rothman's webinar. Then later on a 15 min follow up call to determine if I was qualified as a potential patient. I was indeed a qualified candidate and happily paid $147 for her 1-2 hr Zoom meeting to get on a deeper level of understanding how I could benefit. I was very excited, intrigued and mystified and wanted to know her secrets. I wanted to do this for a long time and wean out from the BIHRT I am currently on. I had been to similar webinars/seminars, did my own research on this topic, etc. so I wasn't a stranger to it or an "uneducated consumer". What threw me off in the very beginning was her strong hold and demand on my spouse to be present on the Zoom meeting against my will. I gently tried warning the staff that this meeting/program was for ME only and that my husband most definitely will be unable to sit thru a lengthy 1-2 hr session talking about my problems or would he wanted to know about my bladder leak, but they kept on insisting stating that they wanted the spouse to be there to understand what I would be going through and obviously decide on the cost together. They wouldn't take NO for an answer. I let go of it knowing the outcome. The Zoom call started out with questions on our sex life and we immediately felt like we had a session with a shrink instead, talking about our sexual relationship, if we had any issues being intimate, etc etc., at which point my husband said that he had enough and did not want to discuss his sex life with a stranger, excused himself then got up and left. I didn't blame him a bit and was actually relieved that he got out of this meeting. Dr. R and I continued on our conversation, still being mysterious and all. When it came down to the cost of this program she said that her program cost was from $2000 to $15,000, which I was still ok with, but I would have to "commit" to 3 to 6 mos on this program. I was still puzzled as to know how it would benefit ME if I paid $2000 or $15,000, would I be able to endure even a 1 mos on this program not knowing what the hell I am committing to. I do like to know exactly what I am investing in before I actually purchase something so so surprises later. As far as the cost, I was told that bc the program was this costly Dr. R wanted the spousal approval as well so that I didn't waste her time. I informed Dr. R that I didn't have to ask my husband's permission and money was not an issue. At this point Dr. R and I looked at one another and said our goodbyes. It was very obvious we were not a good match. She wouldn't take the time to listen to ME. The mystery, the commitment, the unknown....Boy oh boy, this entire meeting has left me more baffled, disappointed and disgusted. I do get that Dr. R is passionate about what she does and that she doesn't want her time being wasted, but the entire approach was a hard sell, too pushy, too forceful and extremely overwhelming or at least this is how Dr. R and her staff came across. This is my opinion and my opinion only. I was in a dental/medical healthcare industry for 40 yrs and my BS meter is detecting just that.

The "interview call" to see if you are eligible for something that you have to pay for is over an hour long and MUST include your partner even if not married. They will make you talk about all of your shortcomings and by the end you feel so low that you agree to join. They are certainly trained at sales training which is sad considering people are doing this for better health. I really couldn't afford the money I put forth. Despite the hefty price tag, the program then required additional purchases, making it financially draining. Disappointingly, the promised results were not delivered. It's regrettable to say that this program was not worth the investment, both in terms of money and time. There will be tons of videos each week with horrible actors that just go on and on. The experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated by the false accusations of effectiveness. Even on calls where it was evident that I wasn't doing well, they just told me to go at my own pace. There was no real concern that I was failing. In hindsight, I wish I had invested my resources elsewhere.
