Ever since Covid she stopped seeing patience in office. If you call it's not encouraged. Dr Sophia is also away, often. I feel like whatever u suggest something you think you may need, she'll just agree with you. It's too easy so you don't know if she's giving you something just because u suggested? They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.

She willingly answered my questions even the day after my dad's discharge and has been a very responsive ordering-physician to the home care team. When we called to set up appointments, the staff were very friendly and did not rush us along as it would often happen.
