She is the quiet kind not really chatty but she answered all of our questions thoroughly and was really patient with us. I am almost ready to give birth now and I am hoping that she will be there to deliver my baby boy. She has been amazing and supportive through out the process. We had a few issues during our 2nd trimester, this doctor always made sure to call us and talk to us after every "specialist" visits. It meant a lot to us because it was a difficult time in our life. She made sure all the test were done and no stone was left unturned. I am happy to say it was all a false scare and everything is fine. I will always be grateful to this doctor for being there for my family.. also a plus the wait time is never that long. I hope there are more doctors out there like her. When I arrived at 11:50am for my noon appointment, I waited until 12:30pm and saw three other patients come in after me and get seen before me. When I asked the reception what was up with the "line cutters" she said they had paid for the 'concierge' service. I couldn't continue to wait and had to return to work. So I guess 'concierge' means insurance isn't enough, either you pay up to get the service you had come to expect for 20 years or you are shit out of luck. What a scam.
