She has been my Doctor for many years and I would recomend her to everybody. Extremely…read moreprofessional, knowledgeable and has a fantastic bed side manor. She is worth the wait to get an appointment and if it's an emergency there is always an appointment in her office.

When I first became a patient, I was assigned Dr. Michelle Cammarata, who I was so happy with…read morebecause she is so easy to talk to and she understood my concerns. When Dr. Cammarata went on maternity leave, I was assigned to Dr. Susan Wisniewski and found her to be exactly like Dr. Cammarata and therefore, I stayed with Dr. Susan even when Dr. Cammarata came back from her maternity leave because we had such a great report and she took my medical issues seriously and even sent me for bloodwork to see if she could handle it in her office or she would send me on to specialist, but my insurance required a referral for every specialist she sent me to see and her medical assistant, Kelly Jackson was in charge of those referrals. Kelly Jackson, one of the medical assistants in the practice, goes above and beyond for her patients because she does the referrals that Dr Wisnewski requests for people like me, whose insurance company insist that you have a referral before you could see another doctor and not only does Kelly expedite that referral/authorization in a very fast and timely manner because she knows your health depends on her getting that referral, she also calls you immediately with the verbal authorization code so that you can make your appointment with the specialist right away so no time is wasted getting your health under control. I have also had to call Kelly several times with different questions or things that came up or I thought about later on and never once did Kelly ever make me feel like she was too busy to talk to me and I know how busy her position is, but like Dr Wisnewski, Kelly Jackson also made me feel like I was the only patient that she had and always treated me with respect, understanding and you could almost hear the smile in her voice when she was on the phone with you. A lot of times the doctor or the practice gets the recognition but it is the support/medical assistants like Kelly Jackson who makes that office run very smoothly and while some staff may answer the phone a little short because they are very busy, Kelly Jackson never answered the phone that way and I cannot stress enough how fortunate the practice is having her on board because, as I said, she sees to it that your referrals are done in a very fast and timely manner because she knows your health depends on it. I am the first one to use Yelp to write a bad review on a store or a company, so it was my pleasure to write a glowing review, of my experience dealing with Kelly Jackson who is such a great asset to that facility. I'd give 10 stars if they would allow me but unfortunately I can only give 5. Thank you Kelly Jackson for being my go to person. It was truly a pleasure working with.

I have been going to Dr. McCormack for over 5 years. She is a brilliant doctor. I am very picky…read moreabout doctors and would change doctors in a heartbeat. Dr. McCormack always listens with patience and caring with my best interest in mind. The PA's she has chosen to work in her practice are all very knowledgeable and caring as well. Whether I see her or one of the PA's, I know I am in good caring hands. As far as her billing practices, we are all responsible to know our insurance plans. If my insurance plan rejects a claim for a visit, procedure or test, I always pay it because I know that her office has fought with my insurance company to get the services covered. Sometimes, when my insurance declines to cover something, I don't find out until months later. I pay her with a smile because I know that her office staff went that extra mile on my behalf to have that service covered by my insurance company. Again, about billing, she is worth every penny in copays, whether I pay at the time of my visit or months later, when my insurance rejects a claim. If I need a special billing form for my insurance, I am always accommodated with a smile. Whether I see her or one of her PA's, it is the same. Her PA's are always learning because medicine and medications are an ever evolving field. An example of how much she cares about each individual patient, I came to her asking for a certain medicine. She reviewed the prescribing information with me to make sure I understood what was going into my body. That particular medication was 75% effective. After a few months on it, we changed how it was administered to me. This was based on MY idea that I asked her about. Dr. McCormack agreed with my theory (and I am no doctor) and we went with the treatment MY way. Now this same medicine is 95%+ effective and I have had a drastic improvement in the condition of my skin. I couldn't be happier to have a doctor who is willing to think outside of the box and LISTEN to her patients. Bottom line, I highly recommend Dr. McCormack and every PA that works for her.

This office left me with many unnecessary biopsy scars all over my body from PAs that do not know…read morewhat they are doing. After getting both a 2nd and third opinion of moles that this office INSISTED be biopsied saying i was HIGHLY prone to melanoma despite 7 previous mole biopsy in the past 1.5 years being completely benign and 1 with mild dysplasia (practically benign), no family history, i never tan etc. i realized I was their biopsy cash cow. Every other doctor I told of my experience who I go to for routine skin checks have told me they were milking me for money especially given my age at the time (early 20s). This office literally traumatized me about skin cancer and I now go to a therapist to deal with very bad health anxiety and trust issues with doctors. Also for a punchline on how biopsy crazy this office is with even no moles. They biopsied a suspected fungal infection on me. A FUNGAL INFECTION. Ask any doctor and the first thing you do for a suspected fungal inspection is prescribe a fungicide and see if it cures it.. then you look further. Nope straight to biopsy. I told doctors this story and they have been horrified by this practice.

She contacted the doctor and made him an appointment for 10 o'clock this morning. My mother has been going to Dr. Kopstick for almost a decade. He has been her primary care doctor…read moreand he's alright. His front desk has always been rude but today was where they crossed the line. The gave us the run around to make sure our insurance was accepted and we did all that they asked. I made three different phone calls to Humana and their office and Paullette from their office said we were good to go. Then we get to the office and the blonde receptionist bluntly says, we don't accept this insurance. I clapped back real quick because I had someone from Humana call their office to confirm just an hour before. My mother has a PPO - she is not playing around so I was not about to let her or her supervisor, Dawn, turn us away because of their own laziness. I get the Humana agent on the line (who was phenomenal) and we together now wait there for another hour for Dawn and her front desk to get their act together. After 75 minutes, we had enough and are about to walk out when they say "Wait! the doctor will see her". I asked is it cleared up? The blonde in the front says "I don't know". Apparently their boss Dave now magically had the power to let my elderly mother see the doctor. Why didn't they do this when we arrived? I didn't want my mom to get now get a huge out of pocket bill so we walked ourselves right out of that mess of a business they think is a medical practice. A note to this office - you are exactly why the American healthcare system is broken. You make insured citizens of this country feel like they have to beg for an appointment to see a mediocre doctor. If you hate your job find a new one. Don't punish patients for your own misery.
