Wow. I called this company up because what I paid them for (emails not reaching intended person)…read more my emails were still not going through. The woman who answered the phone put me on hold for a few minutes, and then got back on the phone and said since I left an "unfair" review they would not offer their warranty services! I asked her if anything in my original review was untrue? She replied no, but that I had agreed to the $90. Yes I did, but that's like a tire company charging you more for a Jaguar tire vs a Hyundai tire for the same tire. It's price gouging and now it's blackmail for you to not offer the warranty you have to finish / fix the issue I paid your for unless I delete or change my review.. Shame on you - I hired someone else

Unsolicited Review…read more I've been dealing with issues on my HP MFP printer--too much noise and poor service support. While searching online for "HP printer repair near me," I came across Thumbtack, which connects you with different service providers. After reviewing several options, I found LiquidComputerz. Though they didn't have hundreds of reviews, the ones posted were impressive enough for me to share my contact information. Within 15 minutes, I received a call. On the other end was Anthony. He began by politely asking if it was a good time to talk and whether I had already found a solution. I explained that although Thumbtack allows requests to be sent to multiple vendors, I had specifically chosen only him -- because the reviews spoke highly of his service. During our conversation, Anthony was consultative and straightforward. He explained that sometimes replacement can be more economical than repair, but before jumping to conclusions, he walked me through troubleshooting. In the end, the issue didn't require a service call--but it did lead to a valuable new business contact. LiquidComputerz offers a wide range of IT services. While I can manage the basics--like installing software or peripherals--my wife assumes I can fix anything IT-related (and I know better than to argue with her!). Now, I have Anthony and LiquidComputerz as a reliable resource. After 25 years in business, we're finally ready to expand beyond a single PC setup with two external drives into a proper networked system that will improve our operations. From reviewing LiquidComputerz's website, it's clear that Anthony handles nearly anything connected to the internet. I look forward to working with Anthony and LiquidComputerz moving forward, and I highly recommend allowing them to provide the solutions you need.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went in to Techy this afternoon as the back of my iphone was cracked due to an old and bad battery. I went in to Lamar who told me he could fix it no problem as well as replace the battery. While he was taking down my information, I received a phone call and Lamar heard the entire conversation and knew my phone was working just fine - there were no problems with the phone itself, just the cracked back. When I went to pick it up three hours later, it was NOT WORKING AT ALL. I asked Lamar for help several times and he told me he was too busy. I left the store and then went back in and demanded he look at it. He told me it was my carrier, I knew it was NOT the carrier as it was working just fine as I said. I ran quickly to Xfinity in the same plaza and at first they said it was not working because I had no Sim card, (Lamar removed the SIM card and did not put it back) so I ran back over and Lamar swore he did not touch the Sim card. I went back to xfinity and they were kind enough to give me a new SIM card but the phone would not work at all. They said they had never seen all the error messages, they called their top guy in to help me and he could not fix anything, he called HQ and said that TECHY definitely broke my phone and the only hope I have is the apple store. I went back to TECHY and again LAMAR would NOT look at my phone and told me I was crazy and he did not touch the card or do anything to my phone. Um, why is it now broken? I am now home at 8pm with no phone, no back up phone and will go to apple first thing in the morning. I am so upset, I should have gone to APPLE in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE - they are extremely incompetent and RUDE. I can not believe they get any good reviews. I just went in and re read the reviews and apparently I am not the only one whose phone they broke. Read the bad reviews before the good ones, I wish I had. I am giving one star so this goes through, but if I could i would give MINUS 1000.
