After constant problems, and returning the computer exactly 6 times (the last being for a 6 month period) we decided to give up and I built a brand new computer myself. I have tested the computer that FBS has built with a new GPU, PSU, HDD, and OS and STILL this piece of crap that FBS sold us locks up. In short, FBS installed crappy components at an exorbitant price and would not go back and fix the mistakes they made. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

They do not seem aware of what their website can and cannot do and will routinely ask users to perform actions that only admins have the authority to perform resulting in failure after failure. I currently have 5 users who are unable to establish their accounts because the password system does not work resulting in users not being able to maintain their own department's webpages. Admins cannot reset passwords, so I sit helplessly watching this useless password system fail again and again. My users have now given up on maintaining their own department pages and all those tasks have fallen to IT. We are looking for a replacement and regret our investment in civicplus. Do yourself a favor, find any other website company as even a group of high school kids will do a better job than civicplus.
