    I have WiMAX Internet thru this company... They have a lot of bugs to work out of it... Needs improvement.

    Worst customer service experience in my life! About a year ago I had lost my iPhone which I needed…read morefor a very important phone call. I explained the situation and they sold me a new iPhone 16 Pro, which supposedly had a 14 day return window fortunately, I found my phone after a few days and returned to the store to return the phone. They refused with no explanation and I spent two months desperately trying to get an explanation or being allowed to return it since I was unable to get any resolution, I canceled my service and went to Tmobile. I had to sell the perfect phone on eBay at a considerable loss! Worst company ever dealt with in my 79 years F them and the horse they rode in on!

    I upgraded my wifi to TV and wifi and after a month it keep going out. Then maybe 2 months ago it…read morestop. Figured it was the weather or they were working on it. Well I called to switch back to wifi and, yes I will admit I was behind on my payment so they couldn't make the change then. But I did get it caught up. The gentle men was understanding and said once I was paid in full they will get working in changing it back. Ok cool got it paid up! Then im still getting charged for services I DO NOT USE. I called and asked why and they said "its important to look at your bill each month." And " you never called back to make the changes." I do not access the damn statements month. And even though the gentlemen I spoke with said to pay it in Full and the changes will be made (and I did) they are still charging me for both. And both Tonya( i do believe her name was) and they "manager" I spoke with was blaming me telling me to bad to sad. Regardless I did as the gentlemen said and because I didn't call back I get charged for services I do not use? He never said to call back just said once paid in full the will work on it!. Dont get me wrong I spoke with some pretty good people who work for spectrum and tonya and that manager were both not one! I asked for cooperates number and he told me they dont give thag information over the phone. Note I did not have any other options for internet in my area an I have had some issues when I lived in my previous place. And came up with solutions. But I honestly think spectrum is the worst company I've been with! I would look to also note I was not asking for my whole bill to be waved. I asked for a service to be taken off I do not use and they did not. So im supposed to keep getting charged?
