Sorry, can't give a -5 Buyer beware of this company they will sell you moldy food. Customer service will tell you it's your fault. You ordered it the wrong way they will take your money and not contact you. I've been trying for four days to get resolution. Customer service is the worst. I've seen sucks Mike

I ordered 6 boxes of Dreamfields lasagna noodles from them for the holidays & paid $10 shipping. The boxes of noodles were just thrown in a box without any protective wrapping. All of the noodles were broken into pieces & 2 of the boxes windows were torn open. I sent an email to them with pictures & they responded by saying that they state on their site that they cannot guarantee the noodles will arrive in perfect condition & will only refund for the 2 boxes that were open. While I didn't expect them to arrive in perfect condition. I was expecting them to be in good enough condition that I could actually make a lasagna out of them. Funny thing is that I was hesitant to order from them because they ask for tips for the staff that pack the boxes. Now I'm wondering if they would have been wrapped in bubble wrap or something to protect them, if I paid a tip. But I feel that it's ridiculous to pay a tip for packing. Will never order from them again.

Jelly jars stacked end to end in cardboard, but no packing at ends, or between bottles.

We need more natural grocery stores like this one around. Amazing supplement section.read more

I eat mostly vegan. I say mostly because I'm not perfect and have occasionally eaten something that…read moreI didn't realize had dairy in it. I had a hard time finding certain things that I like to have on hand such as vegan marshmallows. I do not want to eat regular marshmallows since they contain gelatin which is made from animal hides, boiled crushed bones, and the connective tissues of cows and pigs. I find this process absolutely repulsive and stopped eating gelatin long before I chose a vegan lifestyle. When I began my search for better options, I stumbled upon this unique spot in Clifton Park. Green grocer always has Dandies marshmallows and also Enjoy Life vegan rice milk chocolate bars. I get these to make s'mores. I can always count on this great store to have many wonderful specialty options for people with special dietary needs and for people choosing to eat different diets or are concerned with the ethics of the factory farming industry. They do have meat and dairy options from carefully selected farms. I don't know a lot about it since I don't eat it but I would imagine these are better options than conventional grocery store meat. I'd encourage anyone to check out this great store. It's not far from exit 8A in Clifton park, south of Walmart in the same plaza as Nonna Maria's. It is wonderful to support local small business while also discovering things that you won't find at conventional grocery stores.

RUDE, RIUDE, RUDE! I…read moreLOVE the Whole Foods food bar. However, this one not so much. It's not the food it was an employee we encountered on 8/22/26. When we walked in, we noticed that the food bar was not totally open yet. Some of the food was out, but not all of it. My husband politely asked an employee who was placing food into the trays when it would all be ready. She literally looked at my husband like he was an idiot (not exaggerating) with epic double stink eyes and said.."Well I'm putting it out now!" He asked again when it would all be out because we wanted to come back. She curtly replied, "AS SOON AS I'M DONE!" It was so rude and an embarrassment for such a great place. By the way, an additional employee who was there actually laughed at us. Perhaps she needs a vacation or a lesson in civility? The stars are for the food, not the employees..

I have been to this Whole Foods before but never felt motivated to write a review. However,…read moretoday's visit incites commentary. Reasons for visit: 1. They stock Lamb Sausage which I need for my Easter Brunch, and it is not available at other places in my area. Bought it. 2. I want a jar if their Organic Vietnamese Cinnamon which Consumer Reports says has one the lowest levels of LEAD as compared to the majority of cinnamon offered by other markets. Bought it. Having just come from Trader Joe's on Wolf Road, I noticed some profound differences including: --Really high prices at Whole Foods. For example, quality Lasagna I buy regularly at TJs is $7.99. A comparable Lasagna at WF was $13.99! Really? Same size. --Many aisles were blocked with very large carts used by staff for restocking. Traffic jams! See photo. --Stock is displayed on shelving that goes from floor level to about 10 plus feet high! You need to get someone with a picker tool to reach items on top shelves. It was uncomfortable to get the items practically on the floor on the lower shelves. Not accessible to those with back issues. See photo. --Fewer staff on floor available to answer questions. --One check out station. I had planned on getting some prepared food from the self serve food section, but at 11:20 am none of it was out on the steam table. Salad Bar was available, but did not interest me today. I will continue to be a regular at TJs and only go to WF if necessary. TJs provides a more pleasant shopping experience with better prices.
