She then looked at me and said, "Well, that's definitely not going to fit you," implying that the size I was asking for was way too big. She continued trying to convince me to try on the size I had already tried, even after I explained that it was uncomfortable and that I wanted to try the sizes I requested. I ended up trying on and purchasing the exact size she told me was "definitely not going to fit." It actually fit me and was the size that worked for me. That made the interaction even more frustrating because there was no reason for me to be made to feel uncomfortable or judged for asking for a different size. Employees need to work on their delivery and make sure they aren't making assumptions about customers' sizing. If a customer asks to try on a different size, there is no need to shame them or tell them it won't fit without even letting them try it. I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable during the interaction. Definitely not the customer service experience I expected, and I won't be shopping here anytime soon.

Once the Galleria opened up, people no longer wanted to just go shopping, they wanted to go shopping at The Galleria. Anything less and you weren't shopping at the best place possible in the area. Weekends, Black Friday shopping, Day after Christmas shopping, all were taken to the next level when the Galleria opened up. Nobody can ever forget when the Galleria was hit by a terrible fire in 2010 and was forced to be closed for repairs for about a year. I personally love the Galleria because they always have just about anything and everything to fulfill my shopping needs. It's also home to some of the best restaurants in the area, from the food court to the restaurants on the outer edges-so many food options. I think it's safe to say I've done my Christmas shopping at the Galleria just about every year since they opened in 2000. The Galleria is a true sense of pride for the citizens of Roseville and I couldn't imagine what it would be like if the Galleria ever went away.
