I am far from having a perfect driving record so Deb hooked me up with insurance that provides accident forgiveness, meaning if you get into an accident or get a traffic violation your insurance premium will not go up. This has been a blessing for me. I have gotten quotes from numerous other insurance company's, and they have all been $800-$1000 more a year. Saving money is not the only reason I choose to stay with Deb. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and works hard to provide amazing customer service that you will not find anywhere else. I originally lived in Middleboro, but have since moved numerous times all over Massachusetts, and continue to use Deb as an insurance agent. Needless to say, Deb is a fantastic Insurance Agent and I will be a loyal customer until I lose my license for reckless driving ... LOL!!!

He not only did this to my family but also to my sibling. Jean thinks he's this big powerful captain of industry, helping his community...the exact opposite. I suggest all his clients check their endorsements. There are better options out there. As for the other comment about the customer service being impeccable (from 2 years ago)-more than 10 years ago when everyone in the state experienced flooding (Warwick Mall closed for a year) I called multiple times for WEEKS. I eventually got a FEMA grant no thanks to Jean and his lazy A€€ staff. Jean doesn't know how to spell Customer Service it's not in their vocabulary. They are the worse they write the policy, all smiles, and then disappear. Terrible unprofessional exhausting.

Not only was she available to answer all my questions, but she took the time to see my experience from my point of view. There was never a moment I didn't think I could call her, even if it was for a simple question. Far from dread, I always felt comfort when I saw her name pop up in my email inbox. I told her from the beginning I was going to shop her rate around and she was absolutely fine with this. When I found a comparable rate, she told me how to compare the rates impartially, something she didn't have to do. Her honesty was endearing, and in the end, my decision to use Kristina was easy. I have everything with TA Holland and would not consider changing this.
