She could not care less. Her inability to comprehend this tells me she is unscrupulous. A shady lady. I wouldn't trust her at all. This location is in a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of parking available! We walked in and it was a bit busy, being Christmas vacation and all, but the line moved fairly quickly. The woman who greeted us was kind and very helpful. We asked our question, and while she had to look into it and we had to wait a few minutes, we didn't mind. She was able to answer our questions and take care of what we came in for the without problem. While we weren't here long and for not much but to ask some questions, the kind service would definitely have me back at this office again!
