I could not get over the huge inventory in the store, and also the superior organization of all those baby clothes. Everything is hanging there, filed from new baby to over two or three years and it really made it easy for me to select some cute items. I had no idea if would be so inexpensive, but apparently the clothes are donated by caregivers . They are somewhat used, perhaps, but still in excellent condition. It appeared to me that they might have been overstocked items in popular Canadian clothing stores. I bought six items and it cost me $12.00. Wow!! In this day and age, that's quite a saving. I'd give it a five star rating, at the least!!

I bought my daughter a very gently used (new looking) Strawberry Shortcake house, with all the furniture and 2 dolls included, for $7.50. I could hardly believe it, one of the best purchases ever!

They have all the main strollers and adapters, as well as some lesser-known ones, so you can really try every combination. After pouring over the online research, it really helped to just get in and try the strollers that we were considering. They also have all the baby carriers for you to try before purchasing, and they even have dummy babies that weigh as much as a newborn so you can feel what everything feels like with a baby. We were also pleasantly surprised to see that they carried the cloth diaper brand that we are considering. We were able to open one up and feel it--again just so much more helpful than relying on online reviews/forums. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They even let us set the car seats up in our car to assess if they would fit according to standard--we didn't even know that was a thing, so it's a really good thing we came here. It's a good store for all budgets--not super high end like West Coast Kids, but also much nicer and less chaotic than Babies R Us.

As I was on my way there, traffic was heavy, so out of courtesy, I touched base to let her know I'd likely be 5-10 mins late... it was only then that I learned she took a "last minute trip" and wasn't going to be at the store. Apparently she forgot to put me in her calendar. This was disappointing since I was coming from out of town just to try some nursing recliners. Not only did she not own up to her mistake, she seemed unapologetic and extremely rude. I told her I would make it by 11am, and she responded saying that her associate can be there for noon. Despite this, since I was already on my way to the showroom, I decided to still give this business a chance. Andrea ended up arranging for her associate, Dana, to meet me at the store at our originally agreed upon time. Dana was lovely and kind. Honestly, I felt bad that she had to come an hour early due to Andrea's mistake - so I didn't want to give Dana a hard time. After trying the floor models, I was ready to purchase a recliner... and then I find out from Dana that Andrea had misinformed me about the operating hours of the warehouse. When I was corresponding with Andrea, she had told me that I'd make my payment at the store, and then I could make my way to the warehouse to pick up the recliner. But Dana informed me that the warehouse isn't open every weekend. This was very frustrating because this means I had driven for an hour all the way to Oakville for nothing because the warehouse wasn't even open today. Even if the products are good and sold for a decent price, this isn't how you do business.
