I called the clinic to get pricing after I saw they were having a one day special for Restylane,…read more$200 off one syringe or $300 off two syringes so I decided to go into their open house from 4-7pm and check them out before committing. When I arrived a representative for Restylane was trying to get me to sign up for a separate rewards program which would give me an additional $20 off of my service, so I signed up. There was issues with the tablet and it wouldn't actually let me sign up but they still honored the $20 off of my service which was nice. They had free food and drinks and dessert which was perfect because I was starving after a long day at work. I brought my friend who also took advantage of the special for the open house. I filled out paperwork, I got there at 4:30pm and I wasn't seen until 6:00pm, the wait was okay because I was with my friend but if I wasn't catching up with her I would have become frustrated due to the wait. There was no one before me from the time I walked in at 4:30pm so I don't know what was the holdup. I got back into the patient room and there were lots of assistants coming and going as I was having my consultation which was distracting and I didn't know who to focus on, I get easily distracted. Although there was a lot going on I felt like I had the doctors full attention. Also; not important but I did note that my room did not have a TV or music playing like the room my friend was placed in, which is fine but the inconsistency was weird. It made me feel like my money was less important than my friends money who got the bigger room with the extra stuff haha. The doctor was very nice and he let me know when I would feel pinches which was nice to expect. He let me hold a mirror to show him where I thought I needed more/ my opinion. He was done within a few minutes. Also; I wanted a canula to be used, when I called the rep who answered the phone confirmed he would be using a canula but doctor said during the consultation that he uses a blunt needle. This was a bummer because I was misinformed. There were also assistants coming in and out while the actual procedure was happening which was distracting for me as I was trying to focus on relaxing due to the pain. The office in general has very nice employees, the office was clean, although I felt like it was disorganized. My friend was missing some papers from her stack of paperwork, my friend received a nice care gift bag with a post treatment pamphlet and a business card while I had to ask for one. We both received ice packs for our lips which was nice. From what I can see from results looks great. I have a two week follow up appointment that they called and scheduled for me so a follow up call was very nice. I will be going back to this office again for other services in hopes that there are established organizational procedures and keeping visitors who come in and out during a procedure to a minimum.

I've been going to Lysa for a little over a decade now and she never ceased to amaze me. Last week I visited her and as she was taking my pulse, she asked me if I had been drinking? I don't drink, aside from Kombucha (which has small traces of alcohol). She told me something was going on with my liver, my blood levels were low and she also mentioned my liver was doing a lot of detoxing. I was confused for a moment, then I remembered I had been drinking several cups of a tea called "Food for the Blood" for a few weeks. She told me to stop drinking it. Apparently I was going overboard with detoxing/purifying my blood. She must've seen the stunned look on my face because she chuckled and said "Your body told on you." I'm going to start calling her the "Body Whisperer." Lysa is the truth. I'm so glad I found her. I've followed her from Eden Center, to Silver Spring and now back to Falls Church. When I gave myself a gnarly corneal abrasion causing terrible discomfort, my wife (who is a patient…read morehere) told me I should give them a call to have it checked out. Thankfully they were able to fit me in that same day and I saw Dr. Vinh, who diagnosed my abrasion and immediately alleviated my discomfort with numbing drops and a contact lens bandage over my cornea, prescribing me antibiotic drops to take to prevent an eye infection. Long story short I leaned the very hard way that I am allergic to a specific type of antibiotic eye drop (which for the record Dr. Vinh said was quite rare) and my eye swelled up and became badly inflamed overnight, causing me to return the next day and see Dr. Perry, who took great care of me and gave me steroid drops to bring down the inflammation. A day later and my eye was as good as new, and I saw Dr. Vinh again who gave me a clean bill of health. Simply put, I could not have been in better hands than I was with NOVA Vision Center. The professionalism and care that I experienced from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors was second to none. These folks are good at what they do, they truly care about their patients, and it shows. I now look forward to making them my new eye care place in the future, hopefully next time under better circumstances! :)

The lymphatic massage at the beginning was actually really relaxing. I didn't realize how much I would like that part. Then they did the scalp treatment and the room was really calm with soft lighting and music. I did the 90 minute bronze session. To make things worse, Dr. Farah threw in an extra large consultation fee, which was never mentioned on the phone.
