I took a bite from the sauerkraut arancinni balls and the cheese with the sauerkraut created a gooey goodness of great delight. I washed all of this down with a hefeweisen beer from Hope brewery that are based in the hunter valley. We sat out on the deck in the warm winter sun overlooking the harbour while sipping, dipping, devouring and relishing the goods in front of us.
