Came here years ago, really liked the place and its little cottage feel. Could feel the potential.
I was able to come back a couple days back and looked forward to it.
Sadly years later my experience was not the same. Although I still liked then venue it seemed like the quality of food had dropped.
My coffee was Luke warm at best, surely I'm not the only one who likes mulling over a hot coffee?! And my scrambled eggs were more of a salty thick omelette rather than a fluffy scramble. This was served on dry unbuttered toast, nothing on the side and not even any garnish that may pick up this sad and lonely looking little breakfast. So based on 'I can pay less' for a more appealing breakfast elsewhere I would rate this cafe experience average. I didn't even have the desire to finish it, not even to get my money's worth.
I hope this place can do better, I'm all for local business. read more
