    Snicker waffles YUM

Fantastic coffee ... Went there twice this weekend for breakfast. Atmosphere is nice and food was really good. Great portions. On Sunday's they have s DJ playing beats :) I had the pea and haloumi fritters with salmon added on YUM and my husband had the plank, he was stuffed. Day two I tried the snickers waffle, more of a dessert than breakfast but who cares ;) hubby had the bacon and egg roll.

    Lamb, beet hummus and tabouleh

I had a rough morning at work and stopped here because it was conveniently located. They had a nice patio which was definitely a draw. Its important to note that I had lunch here and reviewed based on that. While lunch prices were reasonable I did see that the cost of breakfast items were quite high in some cases. The waitress was really pleasant and attentive. I got the lamb and tabouleh dish which turned out to be delicious! I was worried lamb would be too heavy for lunch but the earthy tabouleh and lightly sweet beet hummus made it perfectly balanced. I returned to the office in a much better mood! Overall, coffee was good and lunch was great. If youre looking for breakfast food on the cheap you may want to go somewhere else.

Certainly had nothing to complain about here. Lovely relaxed venue with a touch of class…read more Initially I thought it was part of the car wash beside it, so never expected it to be more than a car wash cafe. Wrong. Table1 has a good selection of all day breakfasts and lunch menu. Including sandwiches and Burgers for those who want something simpler. GF options available. The pancakes and waffles look like something I'd try out. ;) Reservations can be made or even use the App -Beat the Q. I however returned here for lunch this time after having so many good experiences with Table 1 at Warners Bay and they kept up the good trend. I ordered the American Burger, which was chicken, sriracha aioli, slaw, American jack cheese and bacon. The chicken was juicy and thick and the melted cheese was awesome. Especially with the crispy bacon. This wasn't my favourite burger of all the things I've tried (at Warners Bay) but still very nice. I wasn't a big fan of the aioli with the chips but the chips were awesome by themselves. I tried a coffee which was quiet small compared to other places but I've become more accustomed to this and I didn't burn my mouth. The only fault that happened on this particular visit was my order for a Coke was forgotten and I had to ask another waitress about it when it hadn't turned up. Overall another great experience at T1E. I'll be back.

First of all... I…read morelove the fact that people would often refer to this cafe as a "milk bar" (do you really hear cafes being referred to as such these days?). The place has a nice atmosphere and does not have the typical cafe vibe. They have a wide variety of food to choose from - from breakfast to dinner. I ordered a standard toast with chunks (not as a spread) of avocado, feta cheese and coreander. Then for lunch I ordered a soft shell crab burger which was super delicious! You won't hear many cafes that would sell anything like this (not that I can recall anyway). My colleagues have ordered steak burgers here and they absolutely loved it. There are 2 coffee section - the smaller one being referred to as "The Quickie" (ideal for those who come in to order coffee only) while the other one is situated in "The Parlor" (where meals are actually served). There is also a variety of Gelato flavours to choose from - also from The Parlor. The staff are friendly and are dressed in flannel shirts and jeans. Yes. This is their uniform. I will say that this is definitely one of the very best cafes I've ever been in. Many things pertaining to this place is novelty! In my opinion anyway...

It's one thing to be scruffy and wear Hawaiian shirts with boardies for a uniform, it's another to carry yourself in kind. It's not that the service isn't friendly, it is. It's just that every time someone serves me there I get a bit grossed out. I've been there five times. So far I'm yet to experience an interaction with the counter staff that doesn't involve: a finger in the ear, putting receipts in mouth (then pulling them out and providing to customer), sucking on napkins (pulling the wet part out of mouth, then touching customer food), mixing cash handling with food and drink prep. Eww guys. The music is too loud to carry a conversation without raised voices. Both of these issues are easily fixed, and overall this is a nice establishment. I'd be back if these things were taken care of. The good intent to create customer experience is obvious.
