The food was decent at a friendly neighbourhood cafe, simple meal, and I almost think this is a hidden secret of salamander Bay Area.
We spent just over 50 for 2 adults and 1 eating child, which I thought for the food we got felt little pricy given the decor when we walked in, but then again we are at touristy spot and anywhere else would have costed more. And I loved the family vibe there which was wonderful.
Portion was alright, the bruschetta was little small (and unfortunately taken the wrong order) but everything tasted great. Sounded funny but our favourite at least for our kid was the buttery toast which really was fluffy and great.
Staffs were friendly, and you know this is really the friendly neighbourhood joint when everyone packs their own cups back to the counters.
Weighing everything I thought it was a solid 4-5 stars. If you're in the area definitely worth checking this beautiful little cafe out. read more
