Very happy with Brian and the crew at Neos MedSpa. We've been on the HCG diet and have had great results. Love how you're able to get into ketosis very quickly and keep burning fat (and not muscle). I had to stop going after I got sick last year and I paid for 2 Groupon packages of 6 B12 shots. I know I only went last August but Brian whom I think is the owner tried to tell me I only used 4. He argued with me. I knew how many I had and I didn't appreciate the fact that he not only argued with me over a month ago when I was trying to utilize what I already paid for but again today when I called he tried to say I didn't have any left. Seriously? That started another argument which resulted in him tell me I needed to come in and pick up 7 of the B12 injections. Like he was doing me a favor by giving me something I PAID FOR. He actually pretty much called me a liar, told me I was trying to take advantage of them and said he would give me the 7. Ya right!!! Not good enough. I called back and talked to a Shirley who told me after looking up my account. Which she actually coberated what I had already said multiple times to Brian, that I only used 4 and paid for 12 total. He owes me an apology, which I told him and didnt get one. Instead I got more disrespect. I dont recommend going to NEOS MED SPA because he tried to cheat me out of something I PAID FOR. CALLED ME A LIAR AND IT WAS HE WHO WAS BEING DISHONEST AND TRYING TO CHEAT ME. Oh and Brian MEN AND WOMEN LOSE WEIGHT DIFFERENTLY!! So ladies don't listen to him when he says eat MORE FATTY FOODS. His so called professional advice caused me to gain weight not lose it. I got to say the lady at the front desk and the lady that does the laser are amazing. I would have given a 5 star for the service. The guy Brian is so rude. My 1st encounter was not a good one. He didn't listen to me and set up an appt for weight loss. Wasted my time. The last visit I had, my appt was set for 530. I was there early. Waited about an hour, then they had the gull to ask if it was alright for the lady (who came 15 to 20 mins after me ) can go before me....she won't be long. I forgot about my 6/30 appt. No courtesy call, email reminder or a friendly text. This resulted in a $50.00 no show. I called to find out when my appt was thinking it is sometime this week. Brian, was so rude I'm asking him to waive that fee since I never not showed up before. I explained my experience with them so far, then said for me to hold while he took another call. You can tell he kept on putting me on mute while I was talking. In the middle of our conversation he was talking to some one else. I do not want to spend any addtional money at that establishment. There are lots of businesses that do what they do. I recommended that you do plenty of homework before doing business with Neos Medspa. They moved to their new location from their mall location for a reason. If you have a problem, the doctor that oversees the practice does not call you back. I just left this place, so I previously called to get a quote for laser hair removal and specifically asked for two areas, the girl on the phone asked me what if I had previous treatments I said yes, she quoted me over the phone $109 FOR for 6 treatments for BOTH AREAS! So I scheduled my appointment , once I got there the tech takes me to the room and then tells me oh it's $218 , and I'm like uh? I was told it was $109, and she is like oh no sorry it's per area, I told the tech I specifically told the person on the phone and she said $109 for the 2 areas, and they didn't not honored the price. I'm livid, since I had to drive 40 freaking minutes and went through a hassle to find a babysitter for nothing. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone interested in hair removal or any of their services, go somewhere else, get your money invested for a company that will honor what they say and take well care of you. read more
