The men provided me with a detailed description of how they operate. They were businesslike and knowledgeable about their job. I couldn't be happier and the best part is the cost: half of what the major chains quoted me. If you need a new windshield these fellas are the ones to get the job done.

I can not say enough good things about Fusion Auto Glass. My car got broken into at 2am and my rear…read morewindow was completely gone. I was frantically making calls/inquiries from then until 5 am. It being a Sunday and President's Day the next day, I was not hopeful that I would get a window before making my two hour trip home from Columbus on Monday afternoon. Fusion Auto Glass got back to me at 9am on Sunday with a quote and was able to schedule me for first thing Monday morning. They came right to the hotel I was staying at and installed it right there where I was parked. It took them less than 40 minutes and I could not be happier with the result. Cameron and Trent were extremely friendly, understanding, and professional. The price was about as cheap as I could have hoped for, especially knowing that my money is going to a small local business rather than a corporate one. I can not recommend Fusion Auto Glass enough.

As a side note: as a woman I felt very comfortable here. There are other tint shops where men are served before women, even if you walk in before them, and there's a derisive jokey eye roll vibe that... isn't great. Not so at Jim tint! I was treated kindly, like a regular person, and so was everyone else. Waiting room is comfortable, bathroom is clean, prices are very fair.

I had (what I thought) was a small nick in my windshield and went to get it repaired to help prevent it from getting much larger. They took care of that within minutes (which was GREATLY appreciated). Another time I had a large crack from a stray rock and needed a full replacement. They got the quote to me quickly, helped schedule and organize drop off/pick up of my vehicle and make the overall experience seamless. I had a lot on my plate at the time with twins in the NICU an hour away so I really appreciated the quick turnaround!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Sal was very informative over the telephone when asked about what services and…read morepricing his company offers. Talking to him felt like he was no stranger; friendly and personable! Then he advised we can communicate via text when I was ready to schedule IF I wanted to. Upon arriving at his shop, he firmly shook my hand, offered me free coffee while I waited and took less than half an hour to install a side window in a mini van! The only complaint I might have, but am not complaining, would be his pricing includes clean up of the glass inside the vehicle. He did get most of the glass from right where the window was broken, but did not vacuum the other side of the van, or the back bench seat where most of the glass landed, or the back cargo/trunk area. But I have NO complaints and I highly recommend!!
