I got my windshield replaced because I was tired of the million tiny pockmarks indented into my old one. I know there's wear and tear, but it still bugs me. He was cool enough to replace it for me in under an hour while also checking the seals around my other windows for free after I mentioned my car floods during intense rainstorms. He and his associate were professional the entire time. I will definitely hire him again when I go to replace my windshield again in a few years.

In addition, the plastic interior of my car began to rattle at slow speeds on uneven roads, noticed on a route taken daily to work. Still debating wether or not to go back and complain again, but would hate to deal with the auto glass technician again.
