There's a lobby area with seating where you can spend your breaks, which has a water fountain. Sufficient locker space. Bathrooms were nice & clean. Plenty of parking available in the front. I didn't experience any delays or problems with technology. They provide you with headphones for audio as well as noise cancelling headphones (you can also bring your own ear plugs). Only negative is that it gets pretty cold in the computer area so definitely bring a jacket. 10/10 would recommend this site for your testing needs!

Proctor Gave Us Misleading Information and Could not Speak or Understand English…read more Our ten year old son was scheduled to take his middle school entrance exam. His proctor could not speak or understand English. When a message appeared on the monitor that said enter HTML code she did not know what to do and simply kept repeating call the global testing center. I asked, "Did I receive an email with this code?" She said, "Yes call the global testing center. They will give you the code." Obviously, this made little sense. After calling Prometric, it turned out the HTML code was a glitch and all you needed to do was leave it blank. The proctor did not know this and in fact kept repeating that we would receive the code if we called the global testing center. I have now been on hold for over an hour trying to reschedule the exam. Overall, I give Prometric a 0 out of 100 on customer service.

We visited Lune Spark for their Halloween Bash event this past weekend. My daughter and friends…read morereally enjoyed their time at the center. The staff was excellent here. They were very friendly and genuinely engaged with the children during this event. Camila and the gentlemen on staff running the event did a phenomenal job keeping the children busy and engaged. We stopped in for the special FX & prosthetic makeup workshop. Camila really worked hard to keep everyone focused on the tasks at hand and did an excellent job teaching such a large group. The costume contest was a good time as well. There were so many children in creative costumes that took home little trophies and prizes. My daughter thanked me for taking her and is excited to see what else the center has to offer as a young artist. This is a excellent place to invest in your child's talents and gifts. It's also the perfect space to allow them to spend less time off their digital devices & social media. They offer anime graphic arts, music, studio production, acting and more. We look forward to enrolling in the art & music classes here. This is a unique resource and space for young rising creatives. So glad to have stumbled across this center.

They terrorized my daughter and finally I paid the $50(!!!!!!!!) In addition to the $30 for that day, and got out of there. They scammed me. I've already found the receipt for my payment that they claimed I never made, and have contacted the better business bureau about the awful treatment and false imprisonment of my 3 year old. Testing center for school…read more Can't bring a lot in with you as you are testing. The proctor coordinator is pretty attentive on emails to be able to schedule a testing date and time. They do charge as I would assume any other place would. Small rooms with computers is all we really need. They charge by the time you have scheduled. Specific times so I would make sure to be on point with everything.
