The instructors were all good. Facilities were well kept it seemed. I wish the school would provide coffee though. They even have room for a little beverage kiosk if they wanted--that would be awesome. For the money they charge though, I say keep some free coffee out, they can afford it. $250 a person and two of my classes had about 50 people in it. I don't know how much they pay their instructors for those 30 hours but I know it's not so much that they can't provide some complimentary coffee to help keep us all awake. No complaints with the school or this location.

Check-in process was smooth and there's a ton of signage (including where to park) so you won't get lost. Even though they have to go through the same schpeel with every test taker, they were attentive and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Would definitely take another test here in the future.

My appointment was at 9:15 due to my man trying to rush me in and to receive my 125 dollars . When I called he was extremely rude and told me it was a little to late to cancel, I explained to him that I waited till they opened to call and then he told me I should of left a message. Leaving a message wouldn't do any good if they didn't hear it till they opened which is when I called ! I then explained that I was going to reschedule but due to him becoming irritated with me I did not want my child in that environment. The tutor at Mathnasium tried 3 different approaches and found the one that clicked with my daughter. In 3 months, she went from failing to honor roll in math. When my younger daughter had the same problems in math, I signed her up for math tutoring 3x a week. I assumed that she would have the same success in the same time period. The math tutors showed me how Younger Daughter's challenges were very different than Older Daughter's challenges. These tutors have such patience! They kept working and working with her and never let on how frustrating it was to explain the same concept repeatedly. I knew that I couldn't do the same tutoring at home.
