The class can be long and challenging to stay on task and Miss Brittany used real experiences to guide the students in an understanding of the driving. Miss Brittany was also my on road instructor and as my third child in the third driving school we found her to be a great provider of support. My daughter took her permit test immediately, 2 days later and passed with flying colors. This school is also less expensive than the other we used for my older daughter. I was so nervous and anxious going in, the kind of nervous where you start second guessing whether you can even do this. I did the 10 Hour package (5 days, 2 hours each of behind the wheel) plus one extra 2 hour session before scheduling my road test. My instructor was Caleb and he made all the difference. He was so patient with me from day one. He never made me feel rushed or judged for being a nervous beginner. He worked with me at my pace, talked me through everything, and slowly helped me calm down and actually build real confidence. By the end I felt like I knew what I was doing instead of just hoping I'd get lucky on test day. If you're an adult who never learned to drive and feels embarrassed or overwhelmed about starting now, this is the place. And ask for Caleb if you can. He's the reason I walked into that test calm instead of a nervous wreck, and the reason I passed on the first try.

During the initial session, I informed their representative, Josh (the instructor), that the au pair was likely leaving soon. Josh assured me that if we didn't need the remaining sessions, I could simply contact the office for a refund. Now, the company claims there is no documentation or "record" of this conversation. 2. They're pointing to a contract stating that unused lessons are non-refundable, but this document wasn't presented to or signed by me, the person who paid, so it isn't enforceable in my case. 3. Moreover, this contract -- which was signed by someone else -- wasn't even executed until after I had already paid, making it invalid as it relates to my purchase. 4. The only contract available at the time of payment, published on their website, limits non-refundable cases to situations where "actual services have been rendered." This wording applies specifically to completed services, not simply scheduled or partially used ones. Lessons 2 through 5 were never delivered.

This place was highly recommended, but if I can't trust them to call me back with some information on how they are going to help my daughter, how can I trust them to actually tutor her? I made repeated calls in the last three weeks, and twice someone said they'd have someone call me back, but I didn't get any calls back. I left my name and number several times, and it's on the form I filled out there. I just called today, and I got no answer and no voicemail. I am so disappointed.
