Aldo came to do the work promptly for what I thought was a fair price, but less than 2 weeks later,…read moreall of the weeds are growing back, as they were not removed nor treated properly. The job was half done. I told him and asked him to come back and complete the job and he said it's normal for the weeds to come back and that a lot of his customers have him weed on a monthly basis... maybe a weed here or there, but I paid well for weeding and mulching to eradicate weeds and this was not our arrangement. Did not seem to understand that to keep weeds from growing back, he should have put down weed mat or sprayed - he did not do either and did not raise either as 'extra'. So, $300 for these areas and 2 weeks later it looks like my yard bed is heading back to where we started. Spraying here and there is reasonable as a homeowner, but as a landscaping company, I expected better service and more knowledge. He told me he did his job well and isn't coming back. I wanted to give a chance for someone to come back and correct, but he said no, so I want to leave an honest review for other yelp users looking for a similar project.

I was so upset today that I had to pay another company to remove the weed! it was ridiculous! He did this last November! He removed the ground cover and gravel that I had laid back in 2022! It sickens me that he took advantage of me in this way. He took the wooden edging, a flower box and killed a hosta plant that I had for many years. He even took the pot that I had it in! I never asked him to do any of this. I only wanted an estimate of what I needed done. How dare him to start working and discarded all the work I had done years previously! I don't know how much a Creep Myrtle cost, but that is dead too. I should have sued him at the time. Don't know if I can still bring a lawsuit?

Absolutely the Worst Landscaping Experience I've Ever Had…read more If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, this was a complete disaster. They showed up late, when they decided to show up, and seemed more interested in their phones than in doing any actual work. What little work they did manage to complete was sloppy, rushed, and nothing close to what was agreed upon. The yard looked worse when they left than when they arrived. Uneven edging, random patches of dead grass, and plants that looked like they were dug out of someone else's trash pile. When I brought my concerns to the owner, he was dismissive, rude, and acted like I was the problem for expecting professionalism. Communication was a nightmare, deadlines were ignored, and the "finished" product was embarrassing. I ended up hiring another company to redo almost everything they touched, at double the cost. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Do NOT hire this company under any circumstances. You'll regret it the moment they step onto your property.

I then waited until September for him to do the work (best grass growing season). He was very communicative in scheduling when to come, and any additional minor work that I thought of during the wait. Once at our home his crew went to work immediately, taking a better look at the conditions, slopes, drainage, etc. He adjusted what work he did at that time and his crew finished the work, plus some minor stuff I also asked him to do, within just a few hours. His crew cleaned up all of their mess when they were done (not much, as one concern of mine was driving a Bobcat through my yard to get to the work area, but they didn't have to do that, and used a smaller machine which left no footprint). Highly recommended. I got 1-2 other estimates and they were all a bit higher in price and included a bit more work than what I thought needed to be done to cure our drainage problem.
