A sales representative came out to our house to conduct an estimate and promised to send something over in a few days. After I didn't hear from him, I reached out via email to ask for an update. After my email was ignored, I tried texting the sales representative. Finally he got back to me to say we were outside of their geographic scope and the job was outside of the scope of their services. They wasted a week of my time even though they clearly knew the location and type of job involved up front. If they can't even be straightforward about this, I would hate to think about their customer service once you actually hire them.

Carlos took the time to explain what he was doing as he purged all of my sprinkler lines twice - once by manually opening each of the 18 valves and then by using the control panel. Terrible service with our community and communication with our management company. They were good…read morefor a time then the owner and lack of good equipment changed for our community in Gambrills. For this snow storm (1/6/25)- the plows were spinning tired with older trucks (bad tires and weight) and we saw the plows raised to not get the snow on the street leaving those parked in their driveways trapped. In the summer - the boundaries that were once handled with mowing and landscaping are now neglected. The owner and contractors have gone down hill despite being great before (maybe because we had a fellow owner employed there). I do not recommend to contract with them on a large scale. It has become a shell of a company. Look at other alternatives that respond and have an owner that acknowledges wrongs. Don't go based on references...just look at the surrounding neighborhoods that do not use them - clean and safe!
