I have personally visited their location three separate times during their posted hours of operation to ask questions about their workshops, and each time the door has been locked. What made this more frustrating is that there were no signs posted indicating holidays, special events, temporary closures, or when they would reopen. No notice on the door, no explanation--just locked up. As someone genuinely interested in learning more about their programs, it felt discouraging to make multiple trips with no information or communication available. I think this business has potential, but better communication would go a long way. Updating hours online, posting signage, or providing some form of notice would help customers avoid wasted trips and confusion. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

I had to take it back when I changed the strings putting everything back the same way only to have the buzzing come back. second problem was the volume on the pick up was very low so I took it back. I was told by the tech that he couldn't do anything with it and doubt if the company would send a replace part. the guitar was manufactured in France so I guess he just didn't want to be bothered. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent the part with detailed instructions how to remove the old one and replace i. I did it myself taking about 30 minutes. i own a few guitars amp and other equipment i purchased from Guitar Center but never again. I had a pleasant experience years ago when I had a pickup installed on my Martin Guitar but that was a totally different luther. Had the Luther I felt with the last time been like the first young man I would have kept my business at The Guitar Center.

Everyone I spoke to was really nice, and I was able to get my flute serviced quickly. The instrument repair person is there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They did a pretty good job, but definitely didn't polish my flute, which I was kind of disappointed about, especially since I asked it to be thoroughly cleaned (this was also indicated on my service ticket they typed up). I was able to polish it myself after I got it back with a silver polishing cloth that I had to purchase. They have a huge variety of instruments, accessories, and books! It does seem to be more catered to guitars/percussion, but they still had a decent selection for woodwinds and brass. They also have tons of teachers that do private lessons. I will definitely be returning if I need anymore repairs done, as they did a nice job with those!

Incompetent, racist and abusive environment. Do not send your kids here. No amount of musical…read moreinstruction can compensate for the horrendous behavior of the staff. We witnessed a man on their team publicly berating a parent just for following up on cancelled lessons (the school cancelled - not the mom). He screamed at her and hurled racist slurs! The words that were said made no sense, ignored their own errors and failings as a school, and focused only on bogus assumptions about the mom (who was as polite as can be despite the onslaught of hate). He made it clear it was for no other reason than because her skin was brown and she spoke with an accent (even though her English was absolutely perfect!). He included a comment about her "inability to communicate being the reason for her lack of success in life" (he didn't realize he was talking to a PhD with a double 6-figure job!). Still shaken by the lack of professionalism. The school also said they would refund for lessons that were paid for, but never delivered - then failed to refund. This place should be shut down. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid avoid.
