They over charge and wonder why the warranty companies won't pay their maximum "list" or "MLP" costs. NO BODY PAYS LIST PRICE FOR ANYTHING AND NO ONE CHARGES LIST PRICE. They do!! They had my vehicle for almost 9 months. The repairs did not solve the problems and then they had to do more and more. All the while taking longer and increasing the cost. Why would anyone pay for work that wasn't effective and solve the real Issue. It went from timing parts to the cam and failed a road test!! Then it was the whole motor!! It took a month for the mechanic to bring HIS ENGINE STAND so he could continue working. Meanwhile, I'm paying g the truck payment, warranty premium and insurance on a vehicle I haven't been able to drive for 9 months! I need my truck for work! I've paid over $8000 on the truck I can't use! Then they all of a-sudden have it done and I need to pick it up the next day and pay for it first! I had to ask for a statement because they didn't provide it in the emails. They sent me one for over $10,000 then within minutes sent another statement for over $21,000!!! They suck!! They saw my boyfriend's credit score and immediately snubbed him. Now w my credit score we could get anything on the lot... Their words. We choose the car we wanted, did all things and left with a used 2020 vehicle with a little over 32k miles. Thirty minutes down the road the check engine light came on. We called the dealership and we're advised to take it to Advance Auto and have them run the code. On the same day the car started having other electrical issues & messages. We got the car home to Roanoke safely and called Monday. After speaking with the sales man & sales manager for 30 mins they finally decided to let us take it to local shop and work with them. I also called and left a message with the general manager to call me (he was on vacation). My local dealership couldn't recreate the issues but did note the parking brake wasn't working and the oil hadn't been changed. I had to return to Martinsville the following weekend to get the tags which wasn't an issue because we were going to NC as we have family there. I tried to give them the records from my shop to show what they did, they didn't want them. Nelson now wants us to bring the vehicle back to them to see if the can recreate the electrical issues and fix the parking brake. I get that this is where I purchased the car from but they aren't taking my time & gas which is money into consideration. No rental while it's being looked at.... Nothing!! AND.... To find out the general manager has been back from vacation and still hasn't returned my call. I've dealt with many dealerships in my time and this was by far the WORST experience I've ever had!! Steer clear!! Update..... I called Mr Jack as requested from a review left Google. He was supposed to call me back about coming to get the car, doing the repairs and bringing it back to me. 4 days later I've yet to hear back AND have yet to hear from the General Manager. These people do not care about their customers.... It's all about the sale/money. STEER CLEAR!!!

    This place RUINED my vehicle. I took my vehicle there to be diagnosed for a problem with the motor…read moreso they could run everything through carshield and fix it and get me my car back. Well, let the nightmare begin. I get a call that my keys don't communicate with the vehicle, funny, I never had any problems and neither did the tow truck driver the day BEFORE I got this call. So they say they have to remove ONE BOX for it to work. I say ok your the PROFESSIONAL do what you think is supposed to be done to fix my car. Well, that leads to wires being cut, fuse box disconnected and left like that, 3 computers being deprogrammed, and I STILL have not gotten a diagnosis. Not to mention they tried to charge me for a diagnosis they NEVER did and charged me $80 to tow my vehicle from one lot to one right next to it. So thanks to this garage, my vehicle needs a $1600 wiring harness, 3 computers reprogrammed, and only God knows what else because this is where the new mechanic got before I had to tell him to stop because I now have to get rid of the vehicle in the state it is in because I can't afford repairs that this garage has caused on top of the problem they NEVER even diagnosed. I am now out a vehicle to get my kids around thanks to Auto Tech. Oh and when I came in to tell them what the initial problem with my motor was doing, the sounds it made and how it acted, the confused look on supposed to be experienced mechanics, should have been my sign to take my vehicle elsewhere. Just be cautious of sending your vehicle here, if I hadn't I'm almost certain I would have my car back by now, instead I'm out $5,000 for the car that we just bought in February, and time, and a way to get my kids where they need to go.
