Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was very warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. Then I met Molly, Dr. Rylan's assistant. She made me feel right at home, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Rylan came in, answered all my questions, didn't make me feel uncomfortable with my fear of needles and made me feel right at home. I had a terrible infection that was the result of some work done by another Dr. Dr Ryan recognized that my infection wasn't responding to the antibiotic my former Dr. had prescribed and called me in on a Saturday to change my antibiotic. The infection which had been persistent went away. The first time he worked on my mouth I was shocked that I never felt the injections. After having a few procedures done I am finally trusting.
