Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was very warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. Then I met Molly, Dr. Rylan's assistant. She made me feel right at home, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Rylan came in, answered all my questions, didn't make me feel uncomfortable with my fear of needles and made me feel right at home.
