Absolutely amazing dentist! They are really attentive and do a really thorough exam for new patients. Definitely way more than an average cleaning. Dr Yazdianpour is the Man. I have seen countless dentists in my forty years of life and none of them have been this guy. Dr Saeed the first day I met with him. We sat and talked about my dental issues for about 40 minutes. I had never spoke to the dentist that long in one sitting in my entire life he assessed my issues, came up with the plan was very clear and precise on how he wanted to achieve my goal he never once told me no it won't work. he just said yes we will do that. He was very informative to me. I felt like he was taking good care of me. I just trusted what he said and followed his instructions and everything has went precisely as he told me it would. I would recommend anyone to go to this dental office, my Chico dentist you guys are awesome I could go on saying more but I don't think I need to the proof is in your results. Was a good scheduled appointment for Cleaning/Polishing my teeth with a hygienist. In and out on schedule and my next two visits are scheduled for Nov 22 and Mar 23. Was a painless procedure and I was encouraged to use more of the electric toothbrush in stead of the standard one that I usually reach for. Good advice to follow since I'm blessed to have pretty much all my own teeth at 80...Been visiting DDS Loeta Robles Dental Care Facility for at least 5 years. Len C read more

The below review is written unbiased and objective per the Yelp Guidelines. My original review ( below ) written in November 2017 was removed by Yelp as being too positive/suspicious (?). To Yelp, I am an actual Patient and am "not paid" or "compensated" in any form or manner. I am not a "BOT". I am not related to any of the practices employees. I gain nothing from the writing of this review other than the satisfaction of recognising excellence in service. I would hope that Yelp would read/review other postings of mine which are all similar in expressing my views when confronted with excellent service that deserves recognition. My Review......... After a year w/ my previous Dentist I found it was time to leave and look for a Dentist that really cares about the Patient, is upfront and straightforward with regard to charges and ongoing services. Changing providers is never easy, frustrating and can be costly coming in as a new patient. I made an initial move based on a referral but the distance was too great (65) miles and after two trips it was simply not conducive to my immediate and forward looking care and continued my search. I spent a great deal of time searching the net, reading reviews, checking WebMD, Vitals.com, etc. Upon reading the positive reviews from many, many patients I chose to give the office of Dr. Loeta Robles a try. This turned out to be one of my Best decisions. Dr. Robles and the entire staff are wonderful. Period...... Over a period of a year with my previous Dentist and roughly 10 visits I saw the Dentist twice. I had numerous problems with my partial appliances and spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for return visits for re-lines and fitment with an initial outlay of 5K and no resolve to my issues. My previous Dentist never came into the room to check the technicians work and each visit felt like I was imposing. Communication generally came through the office manager with regard to my care and every visit came with a dollar amount. From my initial contact with Dr. Robles and staff I felt like a patient and not a number. Paperwork was a breeze with everything accessible online which is another plus. Dr. Robles demeanor is one of caring, detail oriented and a perfectionist. Add to that a tremendous personality, she always has a positive word and shows genuine compassion. A rare combination. Dr. Robles corrected my newborn son's mouth ties and she and hee team were phenomenal. When he was born he couldn't latch to the breast without causing me excruciating pain, and he quickly lost more than the recommended amount of weight because he couldn't get milk properly. The nurses and doctors in the hospital told me he was fine when I asked specifically about him being tongue tied because even I could see that he could barely move his tongue. I made an appointment with a lactation consultant who suspected a tongue and lip tie and referres me to Dr. Robles. We live in Redding and travelled to Chico for her services when baby was 8 days old and I'm so glad we did! Everyone was wonderful, starting with the front staff, and the office is beautiful and inviting. Dr. Robles met with my husband and I while she examined baby and pointed out to us that he had a tongue tie, two lip ties, and two cheek ties. She explained what the procedure would involve, and explained the aftercare. She numbed all of the spots in front of us prior to performing the procedure in a different room while we waited in the conference room. Her assistant brought baby out afterwards and the difference in the entire mouth was immediately apparent, baby could flare his lips and stick his tongue out for the first time! The assistant demonstrated the aftercare (stretching exercises) for us and answered all of our remaining questions. Within days baby's latch was improved, the pain was relieved and ultimately eliminated, and baby was finally able to breastfeed. We sent Dr. Robles an email with pictures of babies mouth after 1.5 weeks and she was able to give insight that way, and she responded quickly. I really can't recommend her enough for this kind of thing and wish we could have her locally as our dentist! I suspect the tie correction has prevented a lot of future issues and I'm very grateful. read more

I have just recently received dental insurance for the first time in a few years and needless to say I was very nervous about going back to the dentist after so long without a cleaning. I began researching local practices in Chico and came across their website and they were able to schedule me within two weeks to have X-rays and a consultation. Dr. Robles and her staff were very helpful and the facility is always very clean and welcoming. I needed a deep cleaning of my teeth which involved four separate appointments and they helped me finish them all within one week! I'm sure it doesn't always work out that way, but they have always been more than willing to help me find appointments that work with my schedule.
