She walked into the room saying I don't think you have "this." This was despite the fact that extensive testing had been done elsewhere. She did not touch me during my visit yet my chart reflects that the contrary. I had to have a holter monitor test. They did not approve it with insurance first and I received a bill for $900! Overall poor care and no help. I saw a PA on one of the visits. She has absolutely no training in Cardiology having worked in women's health previously.

He was then scheduled for an event monitor and a few days later EKG then follow up with the doctor. He was scheduled for the EKG and went in with the monitor on and was told he couldn't have the test with the monitor still on. It had been 2 months since the initial visit. I called to ask if his appt could be moved up due to all the chest pain he was having and was told No. On the morning of his appointment. My son was told I could not come to his appointment with him which again was scheduled with a PA not doctor. I have worked with 2 Cardiologists in the past and NO office can ever turn away family !!! The errors with his care was awful and office experience worse. I know for a fact with my 35 years experience in the medical field that everything he went through was WRONG !!!! Hopefully by being consumed by Enloe they maybe able to get rid of the staff and make it a better place for the people that live in Chico

He said I only had one lead when it was implanted and my ventricles were struggling to keep up with my Atrium. He said it was urgent and scheduled me for surgery as soon as he could get me in to put a new pacemaker with 2 leads in my chest. All the months I suffere,Dr Kusomoto would not talk to me about it or answer my emails. His nurse said keep a log of my symptoms. He would not look at my log.
