No explanation, no exam, and written on a cash register receipt. What a joke. After getting 2nd and 3rd opinions from other dentists, none of the work was necessary. First I've been…read morea daily flosser for years and brush teeth twice a day, and this is the only dental visit where I didn't feel like my mouth hurt from the hygienist flossing too hard, or cutting into my gums with that sharp metal plaque scrapper. Before they got to the scraper or flossing they did two gentle techniques to remove as much plaque as they could which seemed to make all the difference. When I saw the Dentist, he explained things great and I actually learned a few things that will make my daily practices even better. Also, where most dentists require annual x-rays, he thought with my daily cleaning practices and general health of teeth and gums that 'd be fine to wait until 18 months, love saving money if I can. The interior of the office setting is really beautiful, very clean and modern and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and greet you the moment you walk in. To be honest, I haven't met the entire staff but I am so very partial to Jan, and Sheila in particular. As far as Dr. Viale goes, you truly can't find a better dentist in town. I recommend him 100% of the time to my friends and family. He is the BEST for quality of work, care, and knowledge. Lastly, not to over sell it but I will say he is just about the nicest man you will meet... I will always refer to Dr. Mike.

So, I went to Dr. Stephens' office thinking "if the active army authorizes him it will be sketchy at best." From the minute I walked in the door, I was dead wrong. The front office staff is fantastic, when you call them they know you by name. Check in was effecient and Jeannette is awesome. Dr. Stephens is fantastic at his skillcraft, he somehow mastered the painless needle. The one thing that sets him apart is his personality. I can sit for hours (even though he probably wouldnt let me) and chat and laugh about really anything. He is one of the few dentists that I would let touch my Mother.

The dental hygienists do an excellent job to ensure my teeth and gums are clean and healthy. Dr. MacKay and his staff always make me feel welcome, unlike many dentists have. Dr. MacKay also do not insist on unnecessary x-rays, which make me more nervous than anything. I was refereed to this dentist for my son to get a tooth filled, and I found him to be abrasive,…read morerude, and he refused to see my child because I was not understanding what his procedure was for., and why he had to do the work at the hospital. HE just kept telling me that I was being combative, and that he had 30 years experience and I basically should just trust him. I do admit that we had some scheduling issues, and I was getting frustrated, but I did what they asked, and was willing to just do what they told me. I am telling this to any parents who might question his methods, don't unless you want to have him tell you repeatedly that your being combative, and then have him say that he will not see your child because of YOUR attitude, because you got so tired of hearing him tell you you were being combative, and flying off the handle for getting frustrated for being given false information. At any rate, I do not recommend this dentist, unless your perfect and respectful all the time, and never have moments when you are frustrated with their system, because otherwise they will turn your child away.
