We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. First they had to tear out several different types of flooring and make sure all the rooms were all level. Came back the next day removed the old flooring along with some sub flooring removed in a couple areas. Instead of replacing the sub floor they installed the new flooring. Now the new flooring has cracks and soft spots in them areas. We contacted Avita and they came out and looked at the flooring and agreed that the flooring needed to be replaced. Avita contacted us and said the flooring we had installed was no longer being made. We have been patience and dealing we Avita now for close to if not over one (1) year on this issues.
