Everything you're looking for and here's why. She is kind, timely and the sweetest. Nelly has been cleaning my Newport Beach flat for the last several months and it has never been cleaner. I have two roommates and she helps us keep the living room tidy. (Often we will "add" something that needs to be done for a resonable up charge. Ex. Clean the fridge or a bathroom) We started with a trial and worked our way to a wonderful scheduled time every 2 weeks. She is well worth her competitive rate and sometimes treats us with a surprise of something. Today it was the back of our front door. For a group of young professionals she is perfect. Nelly and her colleague did a fantastic job in a short amount of time doing my move-out clean. They even got a stain from the bottom of my tub that I was sure was paint- she really worked hard on it! I had a massive cleaning job with a deadline. I found Nelly on Yelp, sent a message, and almost immediately got a response. She came over to inspect the property so that she could give a quote. A couple of days later, she and her crew showed up (on time and on the day I asked) and did a fantastic, amazing job with such great attitude. A SOLID MINUS 5 STARS This company was recommended to us and I have never been so disappointed in my life! We were quoted $20/hour, then it went to $20/hour per person, and when they presented us with the bill, it was $40/hour per person. THEY PURPOSELY SCREWED US!!! WHO MAKES $80/HOUR CLEANING HOUSES??? They did a HORRIBLE AND CRAPPY job, and more than half of the work was never done. All they did was talk on their cell phones all day. The mirrors were never cleaned, they misssed so many places, and what glass door they cleaned were STREAKED horribly. This is a situation where we got ripped off, and after paying her, she called back saying we owed another $80.00. They never vacuumed under the bed in the master bedroom, never cleaned the sliding door closet mirrors, NEVER cleaned the master bathroom or mopped the floor. And, every time I walked into the room, they were using only one hand and talking on their cell phones. The kitchen cupboards were never cleaned, and 80% of what we requested was never done. I wish my wife would have written a check so I could stop payment on it AND i WOULD HAVE DELIGHTFULLY BEEN EAGER TO GO TO COURT. She was recommended by a friend and the rate was $20/hour, so how it escalated to $80/hour still puzzles me. Nelly's House Cleaning is a total RIP OFF!!! read more

She is patient with moving stuff aside, although we try to pick up to reduce the clutter. The house always has a clean smell and we can see Nelly has been in every corner.
