Do not waste your time! I spend gas and toll to go pick up a jeep wagon for kids and got a random graco stroller in box of a jeep wagon. You can return on the spot and thank God for that because I would have drove all the way home with an item I didnt bid for. If you decide to take the risk just make sure to check your item before you head out .

Your directed to a spot. Scann the QR code on the wall and that let's them know your there. They will come out with your order. Be patient!

This is probably the best way to find great things for a great price. It's easy, clean, and organized. I do this every week and make lots of money reselling. Download the app, shop, bid on it win. Pick it up at the time that's most convenient for you. Best part is, the returns. You dont need it or it's not up to your standards, you have a week to inspect it and you get your full money back. It's a win, win!

    Location

I absolutely LOVE Nellis Auction. The location is very convenient. As soon as you arrive they great you with a smile. Fast, friendly and helpful customer service . The items are good quality practically new items at auction for great affordable prices. I have recommended Nellis Aúction to friends and Family.

    Confirmed schedule pick ups

I'm a frequent shopper and overall I enjoy shopping from Nellis until today. I waited over an hour and a half for my items. The manager Krystal Ortiz approached me with a bad attitude to inform me I can get a credit or I can leave her alone. I was also on the phone with Nellis customer service to address the hour long wait and Krystal walked away and again giving a rude attitude and look. This is very unfortunate to write a review about a manager that shows little to none compassion for the long wait. Honestly the employees were much more helpful and nice than the manager. Customer service had me on hold for 25mins, I did not receive a credit or an apology for the way I was treated. Nellis should reconsider who is the weekend manager due to the unprofessional attitude and lack of compassion coming from the current manager Krystal Ortiz during busy hours like the weekend. My pick up time was scheduled for 1130am and you can clearly see I was on the phone with customer service at Nellis Auction past 13mins. I was on hold for over 20mins time stamp at 12:39. The customer service agent who answered that called said all my items were ready and no items were being live picked since I had a scheduled pick up for 11:30am which was confirmed to the in house staff as I put my phone on speaker. After arriving at home, the customer service manager also confirmed I had 3 scheduled pick ups for 11:30am. Your response is not accurate with timing.

People were welcomed in according to the order of the sign in sheet, which was fair to all, as I had parked in front of the house 2-1/2 hours early to be one of the first to be let in. These things can become a feeding frenzy but other buyers were polite and respectful-one man even addressing me as "sir". I hope this company does more sales in PA, as their market is mostly NJ-based.

Buyer beware - If you want to be spoken to in a rude and condescending way by an unprofessional…read moresales company, then these are the sales to go to. It is my personal choice to not patronize such companies and for that I will never attend another sale by A Vintage Estate, LLC. Why would I give the money I worked hard for to people who treat myself and others so poorly? My experience was not an isolated one as I did hear how they spoke to others the second I walked in the door, but I wasn't paying attention, should have walked right back out. I have never been treated so poorly at a sale and I go to A LOT of estate sales (multiple most weekends). I also find it unprofessional and unacceptable for somebody at a sale to tell me to "go look it up on eBay." But, if you are planning on buying, do this! If you are Amazon/eBay savvy, you will probably find the item for the same price or cheaper than at this companies sales and it will be delivered to your door! Just because something is listed online for sale at $75 does not mean it is worth $75, look at what has sold for a better idea. Incident: I had just walked up and was in the process of inquiring about some items when somebody else walked up looking for a price. I was then ignored for 5 minutes while she looked up the item on her phone, which somebody else was already doing! When I finished my inquiry, I was told in a very rude and condescending tone, to get away from the table and to think over there. I was literally speechless and walked away. I think my jaw must have hit the floor. She could have nicely asked me to move aside, and I would have gladly done so. I probably would have bought a couple of the items I was holding too. Nobody was in line when I first walked up, if a line formed behind me it was because I was standing there being ignored for 5 minutes! Still no need to speak to me in that manner. I do have a theory as to why I had this experience though (a Yelp review has further confirmed my theory, it involves money and perceived "class" of people). -------------- UPDATED I get notification 5 years later, that a response to my review was posted. Of course it's posted with misinformation, like she remembers the incident 5 YEARS later. I was not there at the beginning of sale. I never go to sales when they first open. I'm a timid and shy person so I wasn't badgering or arguing with anybody over prices, I asked once and that took a lot for me to do. Nice try coming on here to fake apologize to everybody, trying to save face, but rather than self reflect on all the negative reviews you blame your customers. Professional. THIS FURTHER SHOWS THE TYPE OF COMPANY THIS IS - She had her friend post a positive review, but the review was all slander about me and they made a lot of untrue and hurtful assumptions when they know nothing about me. Nothing I said was untrue, fabricated or stretched. I stated a real incident, and I am allowed to share it. It is NOT OK to have somebody come on here and bully me. It still stands true, I have never been treated so poorly at a sale, and I have not stepped foot in a sale by this company since and will continue to avoid them. Very unprofessional company run by very rude people who have their friends bully customers for leaving negative reviews.

They are dishonest and left my husband and me in a terrible situation. Today was supposed to be our estate sale - Notice I said supposed. I spoke to Lisa on the phone months ago and explained that we were moving from our townhome and seriously downsizing. I let her know that we were a younger family and did not have antiques to sell. She said that was fine, the market was saturated and people were looking for different types of items. She agreed to come and assess the home, and on April 29th she came out. On this day she assessed the items in our home. I asked her if she thought that we had enough to sell and she said yes and that she would not agree to take the sale if she did not think it would be beneficial. After this assessment, I signed the contract and sent it to her. Here is where red flags began to appear. I had to email Lisa multiple times to follow up to make sure that she had received the contract. She finally acknowledged and said that she would be in contact to set up a day that she would come out and take pictures to advertise the sale. As the days went on, my husband and I began to stress that she had not been in contact with us about advertising or preparing our home for the sale. After multiple calls where she insisted that she "hadn't forgotten about us," she agreed to come out on the 27th of June to take pictures (less than TWO WEEKS before the sale). I was out of town for this visit, but my husband was present. When Lisa came in, he said that it appeared that she already had it in her head that she was not going to follow through with the CONTRACTUALLY agreed upon sale. She walked through our home again, and this time said that we did not have enough to sell therefore she was not going to take the sale. She said things like "that treadmill won't sell" when my husband asked why she responded, "well does it even work?" (the answer is yes, it does). Long story short, Lisa refused to take the sale, and instead gave us the number of a wholesaler. In my opinion, Lisa did not make us a priority and had waited too long to properly advertise the sale. We were selling the entire contents of our home - multiple bedroom and living room sets, workout equipment to include a treadmill, expensive cameras, bass and acoustic guitars, and loads of other items. After calling the wholesalers (who did not answer and still have not returned our multiple calls) we have resorted to the dangerous practice of selling items online and holding garage sales. The final ironic piece of this story is that as I was leaving my development today there was a sign up for another estate sale, held on the same street I live on. We would have had double the customers. If WE had been the ones to break the contract we would have had to pay Lisa for her time and advertising costs, but since she broke it there were no repercussions. Long story short, DO NOT trust Lisa or this company. They will not follow through and will leave you in a difficult situation. I will be cross-posting this review on as many sites as I can to warn people of their business practices.

Amazing at everything starting with the beautiful, polite, and professional staff. Their team member was in every room and when I had a question regarding the stuff they were selling, I was getting a detailed description of an item. The staging was professional and very organized. The prices were reasonable, all the items were priced with clear price tags, just some of them were missing the tags, but team members who were working in every room were very helpful in providing prices and descriptions of an item. The company offers moving services for purchased items and it was very helpful for me when they delivered a piece of furniture that I bought. They were very professional with Covid guidelines. PROS: The company seems to run very professionally and is attentive to Covid guidelines. They only allowed a few people in at a time, masks required, good signage, out front, etc. CONS: Most things were not priced to sell so much as they were priced for profit. Also, a staff member was with you in every room kind of hovering (if they weren't initially in the room, they followed you into the room). As a customer, this felt awkward and uncomfortable.

Came to a sale this past weekend and was pretty shocked at the unreasonable pricing on nearly everything in the house in question. As an example: Lily Pulitzer dresses priced at $20 each, when a resale shop would easily put them at $10. Was also there at the second half of the *last* day of the sale, yet Ms. Gledhill was deeply uninterested in making any kind of deals or accepting offers. I noted that a woman was interested in an extremely large and heavy hanging bell that was sitting unpriced in the basement, for which Ms. Gledhill wanted $50. When the woman said that seemed like too much, Ms. Gledhill copped quite an unprofessional attitude in her expression of disinterest in negotiating. I also must say I was shocked at Ms. Gledhill's attire. If this is meant to be an upscale estate sale agency, you would not have surmised this by her manner of dress; she seemed as if she had just come from a yoga class, and not like someone present and representing a classy agency looking to help turn over high end estates. At the same time, it seemed like there were many higher value items whose prices had been overlooked, so ironically I bought an epensive blazer and an vintage sweater for $5 each. If I was the *seller*, I would be quite irritated to know this. Based on what I observed as a *buyer*, I would not suggest turning to this agency for your estate sale needs.
