I had huge spasms in my upper back and have had lower back pain for the past 10+ years. I was really hoping she could get my upper back functional again. Cristal walked in and she's this tiny little girl. I have to say I didn't really expect much. But dayum! Don't ever judge a book by its cover. This girl packs a punch. She's like Mighty Mouse or something. She's going on about plexus this and tendon that and flexor this. I have no idea what she was talking about but she loosened me up in about ten minutes. I've never had someone get in there like that before. She worked out my spasms, stretched my muscles out, taught me stretches AND loosened up my lower back in an hour and a half session. I honestly haven't felt that good in years. Seriously, I was sore the next day from her grinding in there so deep. But all my spasms were gone. I felt infinitely better and have recommended her to others. Yo Cristal, you're my girl!
