I was told this is the best sushi in Edson, but it might be the best west of Edmonton, not that I typically eat sushi when I'm west of Edmonton. A small, authentically decorated place, nicely set out tables, close together but typical of true Japanese dining. The front is modestly decorated, you can literally walk right past it, which I did. Service is prompt and professional, with a broad menu of sushi, tempura, teriyaki and noodle dishes. Also lots of combo options as well. Food is really good, seems fresh even though we're along way from the ocean. Our table had a wide range of offerings, everyone was happy with their selection. There is so much choice, and service was so prompt, that I found the ordering process a bit rushed. Next time I'll spend more time with the menu. I'll definitely return next time in Edson. read more
