Because of this, if someone is ahead of you in line, you have to wait until their entire order is completed before you're even able to place yours, which made the wait longer than expected. We ordered two SKOR Caramel Brownie Cupfections. They tasted good and were enjoyable, but I paid an extra $1.28 each for additional fudge sauce, which felt a bit pricey for what was added. Overall, the desserts were tasty, but improvements to staffing, pricing transparency, and updating the restaurant's interior would really improve the customer experience.
