I was told if you do NOT have all shots up to date they will NOT accept the patient. Which we are all updated. And if you do NOT wish to receive upcoming shots They will not accept you as a patient neither. Ps. No one time visit here. They motto is Stay away if you don't plan to come everyday. No thank you. Side detail note: I've been told before people are treated differently depending on the insurance ( government assistance or private). I have private insurance and still don't give you the option to opt out vaccinations for you child. Which that don't matter anyway. Everyone has the right to choose for their children. First time hearing this nonsense. It's a No for me.

We had our first visit today and the NP, Erin, was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had been a patient for years & suddenly got a $37 additional charge I didn't recognize, so I called. They said they would ask the dr why & call me back. They never did & a few months later I got a bill. I called & they said they sent a certified letter (which felt crazy). I never received this letter & they couldn't find my signature or any proof. They said it must have been lost. I asked why they never called or emailed like they do for everything else - they had no answer. I didn't like this situation now, it was very fishy - but went ahead and paid that $37 just to end the madness. Fast forward to this morning- my child was very ill - I called & talked to their nurse who said they needed to get in urgently - to scheduling before confirming the appointment they brought on a manager who said they decided that day I paid that $37 to allow my kids 30 more days of access & then refuse to treat us. She admitted they never told me of this 30 day deadline & that she was a recent hire & the old team left. I told her I didn't think I could even get my child into another doctor so quickly so she said she would ask if they could make an exception right then to do an appointment at this urgent time and she would call me back. She NEVER called back! This is UNBELIEVABLE, ILLEGAL & grossly IMMORAL to refuse to see a child patient (with no notice) because of a cheap clerical error that they admitted to! This left me with no option but expensive urgent care! I'm looking into taking further action now. If anybody wants to put this story in a movie or anything, I have actual proof to back it up I don't think anyone should trust them with their children or money. Even if you've been a loyal customer for years- watch out- apparently they don't care. Do not support this dishonest practice!

We have seen the other docs for sick visits and they're very knowledgeable and helpful as well. We are so lucky to have found them after initially leaving another popular clinic in the area for refusing to refer us to therapies when my mom gut knew something was off. Dr Cassels just simply gets it and ensures complex children are getting all the resources they need.
