This place is a rip off and dentists are totally incompetent. I needed two crowns and it took them 3 times to get them right. Additionally, I was charged for services I didn't receive on two separate occasions and took months to get a refund. Lastly, one of my crowns caused me pain for months until it fell off. November 22nd, 2024 I went to Sealy Dental today at noon. I went because I had extreme pain coming from a root crown performed by Dr. Henderson on a prior occasion which Dr. Henderson drilled into a root, put some kind of live culture on the exposed root slapped the crown on and called that good. Now that the root is going bad, Dr. Henderson, (now I'm told is just a general dentist) says I have to see a specialist for his mistake. If I had know that I would have to pay for his mistake at a specialist in the first place, I wouldn't have had him touch my teeth! He was more worried about making money from new dental work in my mouth than fixing my painfully tooth. It makes me feel I'm getting kicked out the door because I'm not new money and fixing my tooth wouldn't be new money it would be warranty work. Dr Henderson said he'd hate to have to cut off the crown he put on to access the root but the office assistant said they've drilled through crowns before. I will never use their service again.ive given them high praises before, this is the first time I've had to have warranty work done which they will not do. Why would dentist pur a crown on an exposed root to begin with? Why would a dentist not send me to specialist first if there was the chance in exposing a root? Why would a dentist have called that good knowing the customer could have more cost down the road??? Another thing after I learned the office manager was conveniently gone when I need to speaker to her I left through the exit door the I turned around and five of the front office personnel where smiling as if this was standard practice. Almost killed me with a serious dental infection. Took two infectious disease doctors, 16 ER visits, 4 cardiologists and landed me after 12 months of infection in a hospital with a Picc line put into my vena cava. ICU visit which I refused to stay. If you lose 18 lbs in 2 weeks without trying, have fever, headache, chills, sweating, hallucinations, get to an Infectious disease dr ASAP, the ER nurse saw Petechiae on my legs and said I had cancer or blood poisoning, I freaked. No thanks to their dentists that are temps. Spent $10k with them to have cavities with metal replaced, spent another $5000 on emergency surgery to remove a crown, now waiting to spend another $3600 on an implant. 7 years ago and am petrified to see a dentist unless antibiotics are given to me first. Worst dentist around! Cut my mouth on a cleaning I left with my guns literally bleeding and when I asked for a refund on my mouth gaurd they said no problem then 2 months later I get a call saying I owe money for a mouth guard I never received & then they continued to tell me I couldn't get a full refund and that I never talked to anyone about reviving one even though they had my new address on file..... so how do you have my new address on file if I never talked to anyone about mailing my refund... then she hung up on me because she knew she was in the wrong.... I can't believe how un-proffessional the staff is- more concerned with their social-club at work, rather than the little people- their patients. dr. henderson is a great dentist. listens to you, gentle, and very thorough teeth, gums, and tongue exam.

Terrible with making dentures! The color on my dentures is WAY off from my natural bottom color teeth. My denture did not fit well. Even after a few (too many wasted) appointments. They also had setup a delivery date for my top dentures...that was another one of their mistakes. Go to another dentist, don't waste your money Or your time here. read more

Last week I went to Sealy Dental for cleaning, x-rays, and fitting for a night guard. I have gone there several years and have always been very pleased, but this visit was phenomenal! My hygienist was Ashley and never, ever have my teeth been this perfectly cleaned! She is incredible! I saw Dr. Suh and was super impressed with his common sense, one-step-at-a-time approach to my concerns. He listened carefully and made sensible suggestions. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! I was in and out in 45 minutes for my cleaning appointment!!! Elva checked me in and was so welcoming and sweet, Lauren brought me back, Amber took my xrays, Deysi went over medical history and did blood pressure, Veronica assisted. All of the girls were just incredible and efficient. Stephanie cleaned my teeth and was PHENOMENOL!!!! She was so thorough and gentle and it felt so good when I was done! Dr. Zboril checked out my teeth and he was so sweet. I was SOOOOOO happy when I left!:) And then today I brought my son in to see Dr. Winkelmann the orthodontist. He is just absolutely amazing. Excellent person and very talented. Gay helped us as well and was so sweet and friendly! Everyone was smiling and happy... it was refreshing. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! read more
