You can go next door (the next room) to the Lazy Ace Saloon and they have the same menu. Woo hoo! This place has character! They have posters for upcoming bands and looks like they host them on a regular basis. They have food specials and I had the steak sandwich daily special. Yep, the steak was fabulous and done perfectly to my usual preference of still mooing. Sent back one order (I wasn't going to bother sending mine back even though I should have) and the second order came out the exact same way. We didn't eat any of the 3 orders of fries. Our Server gave us a 'staff discount' off the burger which was $2.85. SMH. Also, why are you serving chicken gravy with the steak sandwich or the aforementioned beef burger? Tons of character, great music, friendly-ish staff, tons of specials (can't really keep track) and the bathrooms were NOT pretty. Looking forward to when you get more established.
