Stop searching for a a tax preparer and come here!…read more I was behind on filing my taxes (yes, I know it's October!) and was having a hard time finding the "perfect" place to help me file them quickly and hassle free. Of course, I was also looking to see who would be able to help me maximize my savings and not charge me an arm and a leg for being late in the year + doing multiple years at once. I found MacTax Solutions via Yelp after submitting a project request. My request was simple, I said what l needed and asked for price estimates based on my situation as well as asked a couple of questions. Edward from MacTax Solutions was the first to respond to my request and he provided me with everything I requested plus more! He gave me an estimated quote based on what I had provided but he also asked me additional questions to make sure I was getting the help I actually needed. He also gave me the option to continue remotely or in person! Once we got the details settled, Edward confirmed again the pricing and I was all set to continue. I decided to do the remote option and it truly made my whole experience a great one. I was able to submit all my required paperwork through their secure app where I also had access to seeing the forms he was completing for me. He was very communicative with me throughout the whole process and even walked me through all the paperwork over the phone before payment was even requested. The reason I chose them was due to all the other businesses not offering me any estimated pricing or even acknowledging my requests. All other places (and I'm not exaggerating) sent me basic and generic messages asking me to either call them to schedule an appointment or to let them know what day/time I could go into their office. Look no further and give them a try! I definitely found my place moving forward and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I've always filed my…read morereturns myself and considered myself a decent tax preparer, doing some extensive research through the web and Reddit, but with an LLC and its involvement with my personal taxes I thought I'd give ArrietaCPA a try, and I'm glad I reached out to this team. Favio responded instantly and we began talking about the LLC first since it was due much earlier and he was able to set up payments for me so I don't have to worry about the fees in the future and when they were due. I always had this mentality that I could do things myself but Favio does a great job in helping you understand your situation along with its effects. He then clearly outlines the different options you have, and that expertise at your fingertips was worth the cost in it of itself. He then found out other tax breaks getting into a deep conversation with me about possible item deductions for my wife's business and made me feel confident about them. It was nice to have somebody hold your hand through the process even though you think you have it under control. Lastly, even after the agreed amount was paid and service was finished, Favio still helped me through some last minute questions and even filled out forms on my behalf to make it easier for me to quickly sign and send. Again, he goes the extra mile EVEN during the busy tax season, and trust me he is busy. I'd recommend ArrietaCPA from beginners to relatively experienced individuals filing their taxes. He accommodates to all types, and at the end of the day it is worth the knowledge gained from not only a great tax preparer like ArrietaCPA, but also great teachers.
