I had spoken to several CPAs in a 20 mile radius, and we were generally turned away due to the complicated nature. We also had a horrible experience with another accounting firm prior that took the case and did a sloppy job. I was rather disheartened until I found Michelle. She and her staff are extremely professional, warm, and courteous, and it has been a pleasure working with her team. The only thing that clients should be aware of is that you may not know how much the fees will be until the documents are ready; I guess because prices are due to the amount of work/complication. It would be nice to have a ballpark cost prior to the work, but we trust Michelle and her team, so accepted this condition readily. I would say that the cost is fair for the quality of their work.

This year (March 4th around 4 PM) was another example of why I keep coming back. Letty always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes the process feel easy and stress-free. She genuinely cares about her clients and treats people with kindness and respect. What I appreciate most is her integrity. She has always been fair with her pricing and consistently goes out of her way to help. It's rare to find someone you can trust with something as important as your taxes, and Letty is definitely one of those people. If you're looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and kind to handle your taxes, I highly recommend Letty at Slam Tax.

So I notified this place and they said it was denied. They said I had to re-file my taxes through the mail. So I had to go back and sign the paper work again. I was scheduled to see Mr. Tsung regarding the re-filing. When I did come to the office and relayed to him, his response was I don't know what she want's. With attitude and saying its not their fault that the claim was denied and rambling about why it was denied. Conclusion: I would have never received my return if I did not follow up on the IRS website. Con - Paid $180 to file taxes with this CPA whom is suppose to know what they are doing. I don't mind paying more for someone who know's what they are doing, that is why specialization's exist. But to pay that much for incompetence is frustrating and disappointing. Waste of time.

Every year, he handles my tax return with great care and precision--nothing is overlooked, and he always makes sure everything is done thoroughly and correctly. What I appreciate most is his consistency and reliability. No matter how busy the season gets, Jeff remains patient, responsive, and highly attentive to every detail. That level of professionalism is rare and truly builds trust over time. Because of my positive experience, I also referred a friend's company to Jeff for their business tax needs. They were extremely grateful for the introduction and even told me that Jeff has been a "financial lifesaver" for their company. He helped them navigate complex situations and brought clarity and structure to their finances. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend Jeff. It's not easy to find a CPA you can rely on year after year, but Jeff is definitely one of them.
